Rebecca Scarberry Now patients are not packed in the waiting room, they make the appointments so rooms are full and Dr can give you full attention. Dr is able to get to patients in the rooms faster. Also get to the patients that arrive in the waiting room 1 or 2 at a time. Also you get in and out from seeing the Dr much faster now.

Minnie D The dr didnt go over what I was concerned about, brought up rosacea on my face by saying "whats up with that rash on your face?" I wasnt aware of any rosacea on my face and wasnt there to talk about it either. Then the billing is THE ABSOLUTE WORST, they dont place accounts on hold but say they will note the account so youre not put into collections since they need to review a bill because they billed it incorrectly. They never call back and put you in collections THE DAY AFTER they said your account would be noted and not sent to collections since they had to review it. The worst. Do NOT go here if you are looking for good medical care from providers who actually care. Edit: ended up paying the copay for a doctor I did not see because they refuse to bill for the correct doctor and I didnt want to deal with the billing department anymore. Its been a year, they said they would not out me in collections since they were reviewing the case and put the acct in collections the NEXT DAY. They failed to fix the issue and NEVER call back. They didnt want the billing issue fixed because they wanted more money for a dr I didnt see and the dr I did see, WAS TERRIBLE. Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Patty McCarthey I had an EXCELLENT experience for my hip replacement from the Receptionist to my nurse who took care of me.Everyone was so compassionate and made me feel so calm. I would recommend the Sutter Surgical Hospital in Yuba City to everyone.

Natasha Sadrin Have been going to them for years. They got bought out a while back, but the new veterinarians are fantastic and truly care more about your pets quality of life rather than making money off treatments. Staff is always kind, personable and do their best to get you an appointment right away. Always an easy experience when I go. Highly recommend taking your pet here.

Shana Shafer I found Dr Harry to be amazing! He was very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about my pets. I however prefer to get my meds from Chewy because I like the auto ship. Chewy is also half the price of this office for most meds. Debbie shamed me for using Chewy. Was rude and yelled at me that they would not speak to chewy ever to help my pet get his meds. She refused to help in anyway and as a result it took weeks for my pet to get meds he needed. Chewy tried so hard to get communication from them. They even lied to me and told me they called Chewy but the prescription was canceled so they couldn’t help. neither was true though, the order wasnt canceled and Chewy had no record of them calling! Debbie even tried to get me to schedule a new appointment to get something that was already prescribed to us! When someone else at the office handled the issue and made sure my pet got his meds I figured everything would be fine and we could continue to see Dr Harry but nope. Debbie avoids me and brushes me off to someone else every-time. She also tells me she’s going to give Dr Harry my message and then doesn’t. Debbies clear hatred of me prolonged my pets sickness and I cannot support somewhere that allows that to happen.

Crystal Salas I realized I never left a review but feel compelled to do so. My son, when he was 1month old was admitted to this hospital, which is an 1.5 hours away from home. The staff and doctors were truly very kind, compassionate and understanding of the anguish we were facing with our sick child. They were accommodating as possible to myself and his dad when we stayed with him that full week. My son got better and we were able to get home and he is a thriving 11 year old. I’m beyond thankful for the staff who cared over my child and made it possible to return home as a complete family.

Bill Zhang My wife and I had our baby here last month and had some amazing nurses at L& D. However, our last nurse Marlena did not listen to our concern at all about the pain level nor did she do much to keep my wife clean. The process was so poorly supported until the Charge nurse showed up per my demand... We came back after we delivered the baby due to my wifes tough recovery and being told to go to Labor & Delivery Emergency instead. The absolutely terrible Security Guard Lecilia told us we canNOT go there since we already have our baby with us (we are breastfeeding). She said you can just sit outside the general ED eith your immuno compromised baby and wait. I dont know what to tell you I have not seen worse patient experience in my LIFe having worked for 5 different hospitals... What a bunch of trash employees that covers up all the good ones in this place!!!

Jennifer Guzman Recently did surgery on my elderly parent. Refused to provide ANY pain management saying that she needed to get it from her GP. The GP states that it is the surgeons job to handle post op care. When I called Fahey back to tell him what the GP said, he got on the phone and YELLED AT ME and further refused telling me to keep calling the GP. I have personally had multiple surgeries. THE SURGEON was ALWAYS the one to treat post op pain.

Cody Duncan Not gonna lie he will not tell you want you want to hear!! But he got me away from being scared just being human and telling me what I needed to hear. Just fixed my hiatal hernia him and his staff made sure there were no hiccups,and I felt safe, and really went above and beyond!! Guy knows what he’s doing and does it very well! Hard thing to find these days! Thanks doc!!

Cynthia Alvarez Had my gallbladder taken out Friday 3/7/2025 and everyone from check in to my recovery was absolutely amazing! I checked in at 10am and I was discharged ready to go home at 4pm. Specifically I would love to recognize the nurse whom brought me back to the room to get prepped for surgery I truly apologize I forgot her name but I believe it started with an ‘R’ she was very sweet and explained everything she was doing. Then nurse Mike whom took me back to the OR could tell I was very nervous and he explained every single step that was happening until I fell asleep with anesthesia. Then my recovery nurse Nate was absolutely great! I was having a real hard time waking up but he made sure my vitals were good and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Thank you so everyone whom made my surgery extremely smooth.

Mary Damore I really didn’t wanna go to ride out. I was scared because of all the bad things I’ve heard about it, but I had no choice. My experience there was awesome. The young people there were wonderful. I had the best time in an ER. I’ve had in a long time if that could be possible. I didn’t sit and wait forever. I kept moving to different stages of my recovery. They treated me like a human with care and love tending to everyone of my needs. I will go back with no fear this time. Keep up the good work

Paula Hoffart Hands down the best veterinary care ever. We’ve gone there for 10+ years and they’ve helped our dog grow from puppy to senior with kindness, helpful advice and excellent care. Recommend the boarding if you need it. Reasonably priced and booked at the last minute. 2 surgeries went well. He’s always happy to go and the staff are happy to see him! A+++++

Lora Hebert My experience at Sutter Urgent care in Yuba City was excellent! We visited at about 10:00 AM on a Friday and waited only 10 minutes in the waiting room before being taken back. Once in the exam room we waited only 5 minutes for the PA who immediately swabbed my nose and ordered an X-ray. The X-ray was done 5 minutes later and the PA came in with the results not 10 minutes later. We were in and out in less than 1 hour. I cant imagine a better Urgent Care experience.

Lynda Vanartsdalen I have gone here twice in the last 3 weeks. I did not have to wait long at all. It all went so smoothly. Restored my faith in urgent care! Please keep up the good work! The waiting room was EMPTY! This was a first for me!

Ben McGuffin The surgical team and anesthesia nurse did an excellent job. The team provided me professional, caring and efficient care before, during and after my procedure making the entire experience more comfortable.

Joy Scott I was extremely disappointed when I went with my husband for his procedure. I have had procedures and surgeries at other facilities, and my husband was allowed to go back to wait with me prior to having a procedure or surgery. During these occasions, there were instances where they wanted to get me prepped (IV, etc,) but then he was allowed back to wait with me until I was taken away. This surgery center does not allow anyone to come back unless they are in need of physical assistance or in need of an interpreter. Also, when he was done with the procedure, they called me to let me know they were bringing him down to the parking lot. Basically, you have to do your procedure all by yourself without any family support. This is not a COVID issue as everyone was walking around without a mask. I even asked them if I could come back because I had some questions for the doctor, and they told me it was not possible for me to come back with him, and a nurse could answer some of my questions afterwards. This is a terrible policy, in my opinion. Having my questions answered after the fact didnt help as my concerns ended up not being addressed because the procedure was already over. Had my questions been addressed before the procedure, they might have done a biopsy during the procedure. I believe that most people having a procedure that involves anesthesia would want to have family support by their side. Im not saying that the whole family needs to come back, but having one person with you is comforting. This place seems to lack a little bit of compassion in this regard. There were positives. The staff was really nice, and the nurses gave him really great care.

Glen Robertson I have been here several times during and after my cancer treatment. They have treated me with dignity and respect every time. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I will always return here when I need their services. I highly recommend this draw station.

Eric Kaba Had an appointment to have my lab put down and cremated, called a few hours before my appointment to confirm the time as my older dog doesnt travel well. They didnt have any information in the computer regarding the appointment, but would be happy to make room for us if we Paid the emergency visit fee. This place will find every way possible to drain as much money out of your pocket as possible. Tried to get one last emergency fee out of me for a pet that would no longer be a patient.

Leigha Martinez While saying good morning to Athena I noticed a huge welt/mass under her eye that wasn’t there before we went to bed. Fearing it was an allergic reaction or something in her eye, she needed urgent care. My normal vet was short staffed and couldn’t get her in so I went to VCA Northpointe Animal Hospital. They were so attentive, caring, and friendly. Despite having an hour half- two hour wait, they provide triage care and gave us an exam room to wait in so that we weren’t stuck in my car or in the waiting room with a bunch of other pets. Our bill was under $250- which included a week supply of medicine!! Athena can be anxious when getting medical care, especially if I can’t be present, but the staff were obviously great and wholesome because Athena did just fine when they took her back to see the doctor without me, and all the staff loved her. Athena is 140lbs, so the fact that they could handle her so well and independently shows their level of skill set. She came out tail wagging and after an exam the the vet was luckily able to determine that there was nothing lodged in her eye and that she wouldn’t require additional treatment or tests. I feel so appreciative of the team there. And grateful that for emergency care, the bill was less than my vet would have been for normal care. Highly highly recommend!!

Chris Shill This place is absolutely horrible, they scheduled me for a video appointment and never showed up. Oh and then i asked for my lab results and they said they will not release them to me. So fellow veterans if you value your life and your health stay away from this absolutely terrible clinic. Oh and the individual that told me i wouldn’t receive my results was Colleen the Site manager. Awesome leadership VA. You really take care of the ones that served.

Rose They don’t call you when they cancel your appointment. My husband had an appointment today bright and early and when he showed up, they told him that they canceled his appointment themselves and said that they MAY call him to reschedule. They had ZERO reason why they didn’t call him and inform him that his appointment was canceled. They canceled his appointment OVER A WEEK AGO AND DIDN’T INFORM HIM AT ALL!? He works night shift so getting up early like this for nothing is ridiculous. It was also a half hour drive there and then a half hour drive home. Is this seriously how you treat our veterans? Absolutely disgusting.

Ian Karutz Place is a nightmare. Their website, Google, and the sign on their doors say they are open from 6am to 7pm but theyre actually open from 7am to 5pm. No signs on the doors about updated hours. Only way you know the real hours is by calling their phone. Its been like this for a while too.

Doug Floyd I have been on blood thinners for over 30 years. In that time I have had occasion to have my blood drawn in many different labs throughout our state. The Sutter North lab stands head & shoulders above all I have experienced. All of the technicians are excellent. They handle themselves professionally, they are personable & friendly. Two of them Juan & Victor deserve special recognition. Their techniques are close to flawless & I have lost count of the perfect, i.e painless, number of draws I have had with them. We are very fortunate to these gentlemen & this lab for our care. I thank you all! Doug.

Adela Escamilla Moreno I’m writing this review based on my experience going there to see my niece in labor and delivery, this is my experience not hers. The hospital is very clean, the check in is quick you do need your ID, very friendly people, the security very nice, the nurses in OB Emergency are very friendly and took very very good care of my niece and her new baby girl. Thank you for your kindness and support.

Dennis C Everyone so far has been wonderful. New hospital, private rooms, clean everywhere and everything. The bathrooms were spotless. The cafeteria on the below ground floor had a very affordable lunch menu. Even the parking was surprisingly hassle free. Dinner had less options but that is OK (pictures). I hope the wife and the newborn get their rest and soon we will be free to go home.

Alexia Vargas They are not consistent enough. Seems like something always goes wrong with appointments or medication. I feel that their communication isn’t good at all. I will be moving to a different doctor

Amy McFarland My husband and I both had a new patient appointment to establish care with the nurse practitioner Heather. They put us in a room together which was no problem. Heather came in never introduced herself, just apologized for the small room. Ask normal questions to both of us. Spent a little more time with my husband’s history . No physical exam was completed on either of us. Less than 45 minutes total for both from the time we were taken back. My bill came it was over 200 bucks, I thought a little high for the service, but it is over priced Sutter. Then about a month later we get my husband’s bill for over 300!! I don’t know why it took them so long to send his bill since we were together. He called them to find out the price discrepancy. They said he was rated more complex! What!! He only takes vitamin supplements and he was having a minor issue. And we did ask for a referral. Again no physical exam- Literally nothing a MA couldn’t have handled! We Asked them to review the charges. After waiting 30 days, of course they aren’t budging. I looked at both the records and she put that she did a physical exam! And she put he has some heart condition that he doesn’t! Not only are they over priced, they are being fraudulent with our medical records! Never going back!

Brenda Kay I havent been here in a few months but in my experience the problems seem to be the triage. The privacy is a zero and scattered. They have someone near the security taking your personal info and then you wait to be triaged. Then you are behind a curtain where there are 3 different people taking your info and then they have you wait some more and in a couple of my visits once they call you to the back they have you wait again in a cold and uncomfortable room with hard chairs. With all of the negative reviews, I hope that they start to take into consideration that this is a hospital and not a jail. People are coming in with discomfort and pain. New triage and seating would be nice. Aside from that the nurse and doctors are great.

Masoud Haidary Its been 3.5 hours I brought my son They complet the checkup and chest xray and after 3.5 hours they are saying that our xray techician failed to complete the xray, no medicine nothing else you can leave.

Lindsay Gomes This is one of the worst medical facilities there is. Some days they close early or arent even open because there isnt a provider available to work. I dont know how many times my medications werent sent over correctly or werent sent at all. And you cannot call this place. Would not recommend, unfortunately youre better off going to Rideout Hospitals Emergency Room if you cant just schedule with your Primary Care Provider/Regular Doctor.

Kimo Taum Their hours are wrong. They are always leaving and closing early before 1. This is also the only urgent care my insurance is contracted with. Inconvenient organization only open 7-12? Doesn’t seem urgent to me. “Due to a high volume of patients, hours may be shortened” how does this make any sense? Wouldn’t you want to serve more patients and stay open longer if there are more patients?
