1 /5 Lindsay Gomes: This is one of the worst medical facilities there is. Some days they close early or arent even open because there isnt a provider available to work. I dont know how many times my medications werent sent over correctly or werent sent at all. And you cannot call this place. Would not recommend, unfortunately youre better off going to Rideout Hospitals Emergency Room if you cant just schedule with your Primary Care Provider/Regular Doctor.

1 /5 Kimo Taum: Their hours are wrong. They are always leaving and closing early before 1. This is also the only urgent care my insurance is contracted with. Inconvenient organization only open 7-12? Doesn’t seem urgent to me. “Due to a high volume of patients, hours may be shortened” how does this make any sense? Wouldn’t you want to serve more patients and stay open longer if there are more patients?

5 /5 Alexis Gray: I have had really bad experiences here in the past with a certain doctor that used to work here. Recently I had to come in and had a pleasant experience. The doctor was great and actually listened to what i was telling him. (which is very rare to come across with doctors these days) He didnt make me feel like he was rushing the visit just to move on to the next patient. He was quick but also attentive, took his time and asked me questions. He treated me like an adult with kindness and respect. Dr Joseph is the best and I highly recommend seeing him if you have to stop in here!

5 /5 Jessica Cook: The place was so clean. We delt with 4 different workers and all were so friendly, nice and helpful. We did get there just after they opened at 7:05am cause I didnt want to wait long so I could get them to class. We were 3rd in line and were seen before I finishedthe paperwork. Dr Glenn was beyond amazing helpful he listened to my kids asked them questions and tested their bodies order the right xrays and blood test and within a week HE called us and went over all that information. Id definitely go back we havent had such care for our kids in years and it was something we werent use to.
