So I decided to not change from adventist health to some other clinic. I am so glad and I am happy with my decision. This place is awesome with helpful stuff and doc nurses. Dr. Sawyer is awesome
Emergency Room - St. Elizabeth Community Hospital - Red Bluff Kelcy Tils: Been here many times for different reasons over the past 15 years. From simple flu symptoms to needing staples or stitches. Not every visit is going to go well and when your sitting there focused on your problems you stop caring about what theyre dealing with. Some times its an in and out visit, others they are busy and its a process. Yes some will come in an be seen first but its part of understanding that someone available can help them and your waiting for the person that needs to see you to be available. Ive never once had staff be rude unless I was irritable. Never seen through all the waiting, them being unreasonable or asking someone to leave unless they had a valid reason. If its something they can help with theyve always helped to their fullest capability. Theyre just humans doing their best to respond to your situation too. Might not permantly fix your problem but help point you in the right direction
St. Elizabeth Community Hospital - Red Bluff Melissa Smith: The whole experience was poor and below expectations. I was in a car accident and the front desk lady, nurse in the ER and the doctor in the ER treated me like I was a nuisance and wasn’t wanted. The nurse wouldn’t look at me in the eye, didn’t care to listen to my perspective and contradicted me when I was able to speak. She was angry and irritable. The doctor spent about 3 minutes examining me and forcefully pressed on my back which is where my pain was. When I grimaced and shook with his forcefulness he continued to force pressure on my back and did not ask me about my pain. It felt like I was an experiment for them to analyze. This in total was a horrible experience. I recommend that no one chooses this hospital. I was forced to go there because there weren’t other hospitals in this area. They take advantage of their patients because we have no option but to choose them. So sad and not a dignified organization.
Frontier Village Family Health Center - Red Bluff selina nichols: Wendy is the best Nurse Practitioner I have ever met!! She is the best health care provider I have ever had!! She listens and I mean really listens to you without jumping to conclusions so that she can care for your needs. She is so knowledgeable and will take the time to explain anything. Thank you so much Wendy!
Dignity Health Medical Group - North State - Red Bluff Donny McCaleb: Their billing department staff is horrible and inconsiderate. I switched banks and forgot to update my auto pay and bank info with them. I called to make a payment and update my info just a couple weeks later and they had already turned me into collections. They never even made a phone to me to try and see what was going on. Horrible customer service!
