1 /5 Clint Cabeceira: I was forced to go to this laughing stock of a medical office by Partership Health. The medical staff and doctors working for this establishment have got to be the least caring, gaslighting and most unprofessional medical “professionals” ive ever had the misfortune of being “cared” by. Especially DR Waits. Hes allegedly been practicing at this establishment for over 20 years, im unsure what medicine hes been practicing in but im very sure hes been practicing in not caring for his patients and going through the motions of giving the bare minimum until hes able to retire. His terrible attitude and downright lack of empathy and professionalism is what gives doctors a bad name, avoid this establishment and especially this DR as if your life depends on it and as this is a medical establishment im sure it does to some extent

5 /5 Jasmine C: Staff is super helpful & nice even when wait times are a bit longer. I came in for a walk in & waited a bit longer than one would usually expect to wait & when I got to my room the nurse expressed how grateful she was of me for waiting patiently & gave me some insight on the inflow of patients & how it effects wait times throughout the week. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about their patients and how they feel while in their care.

1 /5 D D: This company provides transports and they always want to adjust times to be way early and abandon their clients at clinics that are not open in inclement weather. Then want to disclose PHI to the general public which violates HIPAA and is grounds for fines of up to 10,000 per violation. But they just say “sorry, we will not do it again “ yet they repeat the offense. They allow clients to vape in vehicles, speed to match their messed up schedules. The drivers are expected to cram a lot of individual in the same time slots. This needs a huge overhaul.

1 /5 Dawn McCandlish: I had a appointment that was made during my initial appointment establishing care and Ive got both terminal and Chronic conditions and disabled. Was getting rides to and from Dr appointment before moving back here. They changed my appointment time to 1 pm without telling me so I walked in 94 degrees to get there takes me at least 30 minutes each way,only to be told they need to reschedule and not even a Im sorry. Im in Soouch pain and had a recent fall injuring myself more but no help. The kicker is Im actually Indian card member and treated poorly. Thanks for the not helping me. Dr also changed most my medications that I previously used to help me.

1 /5 Francisco: Greenville Rancheria was a clinic me and my family used to go to for appointments. Now it hasnt been the place and its due to the fact that they have any or no customer support. We would call their phone number to schedule an appointment or to reschedule one for another day and they would never answer. You cant even walk in and make one in person because they will tell you to make one by call online. Which completely ruins the whole purpose of doing walk-ins. Youre better off going somewhere else like Lassen Medical for your appointments rather than this place. This place has become a hell hole for complaints and staff being so rude and not being able to help you with what you need.
