Tehama County Health Services Agency - Red Bluff Aleah Robinson: My husband and I went in to get a covid test to double check on a home test as those are regularly invalid, the two ladies at the front desk were very sweet young ladies and helped us very well, unfortunately the late middle aged woman who was helping us swab and do the test itself was excessively rude, treated us like we were incompetent and just didnt have a good attitude in general. It was quite disappointing as we were being very cautious and wearing masks. I would go there again if I had to, but if I saw that rude woman, I would find somewhere else.
Stephens Kay MD - Red Bluff Gail Harris: My husband had surgery for a hernia and he received excellent care from Dr. Kay Stephens at Day care facility in Red Bluff. The staff at her office and also at the Day care facility was excellent and made us very comfortable. We highly recommend Dr. Stephens as she took the time and explained the procedure very well and in detail for what we should expect. Surgery went so well , he had very little pain and recovery went well. Dr. Stephens has a great rapport and I would highly recommend her for surgery!!
Redding Rancheria Trinity Health Center - Weaverville Nome: All the staff (receptionists, nurses, doctors, dentists, etc) are extremely kind. The lobby is very roomy, with a fireplace, a couple TVs, magazines, and coffee and water machines next to the sink. Theres wifi, and country music is playing constantly. The gym and pool are even free for members.
