5 /5 Gail Harris: My husband had surgery for a hernia and he received excellent care from Dr. Kay Stephens at Day care facility in Red Bluff. The staff at her office and also at the Day care facility was excellent and made us very comfortable. We highly recommend Dr. Stephens as she took the time and explained the procedure very well and in detail for what we should expect. Surgery went so well , he had very little pain and recovery went well. Dr. Stephens has a great rapport and I would highly recommend her for surgery!!
