1 /5 Melody Lysgaard: Basically no service in the ER. Waiting room is filled with patients who could be served in the urgent care center here; this not an emergency care facility, it is serving as an outpatient clinic while patients who do need and deserve more rapid attention go unserved. If there is a triage system here it is not being utilized. I have worked in EDs of every description over the last 60 years (and still working!) including this hospital. Shame on this facility.
