5 /5 yasmine lazcano: I came here with my fiance a couple of weeks ago and i have to say we had amazing service from everyone! the wait was no less than 5 minutes and i want to say that Dr. Carter was EXTREMELY helpful... throughout the whole time I noticed how attentive she was and how every detail was noted... i didnt feel rushed or like i had to hurry through what was going on... if she was doing anything else and was taking a while she would come by and update us! We felt so comfortable and very well attended! Thank you Dr. Carter we need more doctors like you keep up the amazing work!

5 /5 April F: I want to start off with mentioning Kaweah Delta Family Medicine is a learning facility, a majority of the doctors that you will see here are Resident Physicians, but they do have Attending Physicians who watch over them. Before the Resident Physicians is able to diagnose, they to consult with the Attending Physicians. That does not mean it’s not a good medical facility, every Resident Physician I have seen there is great as well as the Attending Physicians who have come in to check me. My favorite Resident Dr Ghazi completed her intern and moved back to her hometown to practice and now I am seeing Dr Heady, she is amazing. Each Resident Physician I have seen is very attentive, listens to what I have to say and for this reason I highly recommend Kaweah Delta Family Medicine

I feel that people dont fully understand what it means to be in the field of health care. You cant please everyone, and the only people who write reviews are mostly angry at everything.

1 /5 Nate Smith: Ive scheduled two doctors appointments and the wait time to see a doctor has been ridiculous both times. Im currently writing this review in a room that I have been sitting in for over a hour to see a doctor. Ive been checked by the nurse and was told that the doctor would be in shortly. Apparently not! They are not busy at all. Only one person in the waiting room. To top things off, on my last visit the doctor said she only has 10 minutes per patient. She only wanted to go over my back pain and told me I would have to make another appointment to go over anything else. The fact that I even have the time to write this review is beyond me. Stay away from this clinic!

Our whole family goes to her and we absolutely love her - she is kind, compassionate, listens and always sends referrals to doctors she knows we need to be seen by for further treatment/evaluation, she is extremely thorough….. I/we (my family) truly cannot give her enough accolades!!!!

Red Chair: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kaweah Health Urgent Care, on Court St, and I must take a moment to commend the exceptional service provided by Jessica and Daniel during the patient check-in process, in fact the whole team there was. From the moment I arrived, Jessica greeted me with a welcoming personality and a reassuring demeanor that instantly put me at ease. She was incredibly organized and efficient, with a joke here and there, guiding me through the check-in process seamlessly. Jessica took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I understood each step along the way. Her professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. Daniel also played a significant role in making my experience positive. He was equally friendly and personable, The teamwork between Jessica and Daniel was evident and made my visit much more pleasant. Overall, my experience at Kaweah Health Urgent Care, on Court St. was greatly enhanced by both their dedication to excellent patient care. AMR: Let me start by saying that I love Dr. Sasaki. However, the staff that work here are extremely rude. Its unfortunate as Ive heard good things about the other doctors that practice here. The people that are answering phones need to be taught proper phone etiquette. If they hate their job that much they probably shouldnt work here. Please for the sake of the doctors and the patients, get rid of the rude staff! I wish my doctor wouldve never transferred here.

April Nordin: I love the facility, it’s very clean and well organized, the front staff are great and very friendly. I’ve seen a few therapists I have loved, Veronica & Klara are amazing at what they do. I’m getting mobility back in my arm after surgery and radiation caused some damage leaving me with almost a frozen shoulder! 10/10 recommend!

Julie Gonzalez: I had my appointment for my nerve conduction test, the Dr was real nice & he was joking along with me as I was going through the test. I felt comfortable as can be considering there was discomfort for obvious reasons. The office was quiet & the receptionist was very nice.

Larry Smith: He explained everything well. I do think the office could work just a bit on clarity of instructions. Specifically, about the timing of the procedure...its important to make sure everyone is on the same page. The office was not bad, but I did feel there was a bit of lack of communication. Nonetheless, I believe he is the only rectal surgeon in Tulare County, and I am happy he serves this area with his skill set. I do believe he cares about his patients. I also found the nurses at the facility to be very caring and professional. I would recommend him.
