1 /5 AMR: Let me start by saying that I love Dr. Sasaki. However, the staff that work here are extremely rude. Its unfortunate as Ive heard good things about the other doctors that practice here. The people that are answering phones need to be taught proper phone etiquette. If they hate their job that much they probably shouldnt work here. Please for the sake of the doctors and the patients, get rid of the rude staff! I wish my doctor wouldve never transferred here.

1 /5 Hailie Madriz: the receptionists and some of the nurses are very rude.I waited a month and me pushing the issue, for them to submit an "urgent referral" (that was supposed to be submitted that day.) Now i really love Dr. Rodarte hes amazing with both me and my daughter. But the other staff was just rude. Im surprised at the good reviews my daughter and i wont be going back.

5 /5 Nina Botello: They really put the "family" in family medicine. As a young adult, they really made the transition from going in with my mom to going in by myself very easy and fluid. If Im ever unsure of anything, they always have an easy-to-understand explanation and the time to give that to me. Calls are so easy with this clinic because its never awkward (this is coming from a very awkward person) and the front desk makes me feel cared about and important as a patient. Ive been seen by Dr. Booker and Kourtney Umphreys; both are so kind and so experienced. The nurses here are also very kind and upbeat every time I come in. This clinic is so well run that you can be seen very quickly but not feel rushed or unimportant. For those having a hard time with this clinic, dont be afraid to ask questions or make a call. Thats the only way youll ever get what you need.

5 /5 Doreen Warren: I have been with Dr Mark Tetz mabe 19 years. He has been the best doctor I have ever had. Kudos to you Dr Tetz. He is such a great listener thats why he has not been taking patients for years. And Courtney and the front staff workers are all excellent. Also a big shout out to Dr Tetzs assistant. She gets my paperwork done quickly.

5 /5 David Vance: I have been seen by Dr. Rodarte for the past 10 years. He is professional, sympathetic, polite, and understanding. He is very friendly, but at the same time, very forthright in discussing Medical issues that affect me. He is patient and he takes the time to listen to my concerns and he gives me the time to explain what I’m seeing him for. When my medical problems are not within his scope of expertise, he readily writes a referral to another Doctor, or Doctors. I wholeheartedly recommend Doctor Rodarte for your, or your family’s, medical needs! Additionally, his nurse Maricella, I believe that’s her name, is also very professional and kind (P.S. He really loves to talk about sports, especially Football)

April Nordin: I love the facility, it’s very clean and well organized, the front staff are great and very friendly. I’ve seen a few therapists I have loved, Veronica & Klara are amazing at what they do. I’m getting mobility back in my arm after surgery and radiation caused some damage leaving me with almost a frozen shoulder! 10/10 recommend!

Julie Gonzalez: I had my appointment for my nerve conduction test, the Dr was real nice & he was joking along with me as I was going through the test. I felt comfortable as can be considering there was discomfort for obvious reasons. The office was quiet & the receptionist was very nice.

Larry Smith: He explained everything well. I do think the office could work just a bit on clarity of instructions. Specifically, about the timing of the procedure...its important to make sure everyone is on the same page. The office was not bad, but I did feel there was a bit of lack of communication. Nonetheless, I believe he is the only rectal surgeon in Tulare County, and I am happy he serves this area with his skill set. I do believe he cares about his patients. I also found the nurses at the facility to be very caring and professional. I would recommend him.

Alexandria James: Although I’ve heard nothing but positive words about Dr. Potts, I did not have a good experience with one of his receptionist. She was very rude, because my insurance card was digital. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, so I just left. The way you speak to someone is very telling. She was snapping, and her facial expressions said a lot! First, I’m already nervous about what is happening in my breast, and already having second thoughts about even keeping this appointment that is 45 minutes away. I left feeling disappointed and ready to just give up. Decorum in that profession is essential. I didn’t have to leave, I could of sat in that waiting room and waited for my appointment but I was not confident enough in my emotional stability at that moment to not say something rude back to her. I can match energy really good. The kicker is now I have to look for a different breast specialist and it’s crazy that this is breast cancer awareness month and even though I’ve gone to countless doctors appointments in the last month, I still am not aware of what is going on in my breast. Daniel and I better not find out. My insurance was charged for me not showing up to an appointment that I definitely showed up to. I removed myself from what appeared to be a hostile environment. I refused that toxicity in my life. Especially if I have to pay for it. I sure hope Dr. Potts knows you’re nasty attitude lost him a patient.

Lisa Williams: Dr Roper and the Staff at VIP Specialist did my surgery and do all the refills on my pain pump. They have been for over a year now and Alex Dr. Ropers assistant and the girls at the office are the best. They are kind, and supportive while refilling etc my pain pump. The Nurses are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions etc I may have I highly recommend Dr Roper, Alex and the staff at VIP Specialist to assist anyone with chronic pain issues.

Noah Whitaker: Ive visited Dr. Holviks office since moving to Tulare County nearly ten years ago. Their office staff has always been friendly, polite, and helpful. I became a patient when their offices were in the multi-story building next to Kaweah Delta. When Ive needed to, Ive visited their Urgent Care across from their office. Ive never had a negative experience at any of their offices. I can literally say that Dr. Holvik saved my life when I became critically ill. When I saw the 1-star reviews I was concerned that something changed. I just visited the office earlier today and found my experience to be exactly how my previous ones were and that is excellent. If you have a bad experience at any office, trying changing your attitude first and see if youre treated better.

Debbie Goodman: The experience that I’ve had with this place is through a friend of mine, who has a son that is mentally ill. Her 40-something-year-old son destroyed the inside of their house, breaking everything, including pulling the washing machine and the dryer away from the wall and turning them on their side. He wrecked their television set. He tore their bedroom door off of the hinges, and threatened to kill my friend’s husband. He even killed their kitten by cutting its head off with a knife. My friend had to spend thousands of dollars on an attorney, getting her son evicted. The police finally came and took him away and he was placed in this mental hospital. After a month, the hospital told my friend if she didn’t take him back into her home, he would be released into the streets. I spoke with a friend of mine last night, who is a nurse in Sacramento, and she said it is the hospital’s responsibility to keep a patient such as this until they can find a place for them. Why did this hospital Fail my friend?!
