5 /5 Brisa Fregoso Diaz: I’m thankful for Dr. Potts, he performed a cyst removal on my neck, and also performed a partial thyroidectomy. I highly recommend him, he is so attentive, professional, and above all genuinely cares for his patients. Yes, waiting time varies, but is because he takes time with each of his patients. I preferred that then a quick careless rush. He is informative, and explains himself very clearly depending on patients understanding. His staff is amazing, and his medical assistant is truly amazing.
As well, my mom was diagnosed with Breast cancer this year, but what gave us peace was that Dr. Potts was her surgeon. I was not able to be with her during her appointments and recent surgery, but couldn’t be more thankful for him being there for her. Thank you Dr. Potts, you are truly a gifted Surgeon. Your experience and knowledge shows every time.
