1 /5 Alexandria James: Although I’ve heard nothing but positive words about Dr. Potts, I did not have a good experience with one of his receptionist. She was very rude, because my insurance card was digital. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, so I just left. The way you speak to someone is very telling. She was snapping, and her facial expressions said a lot! First, I’m already nervous about what is happening in my breast, and already having second thoughts about even keeping this appointment that is 45 minutes away. I left feeling disappointed and ready to just give up. Decorum in that profession is essential. I didn’t have to leave, I could of sat in that waiting room and waited for my appointment but I was not confident enough in my emotional stability at that moment to not say something rude back to her. I can match energy really good. The kicker is now I have to look for a different breast specialist and it’s crazy that this is breast cancer awareness month and even though I’ve gone to countless doctors appointments in the last month, I still am not aware of what is going on in my breast. Daniel and I better not find out. My insurance was charged for me not showing up to an appointment that I definitely showed up to. I removed myself from what appeared to be a hostile environment. I refused that toxicity in my life. Especially if I have to pay for it. I sure hope Dr. Potts knows you’re nasty attitude lost him a patient.

5 /5 Elizabeth Noel: Oh my goodness! I’ve never felt so cared for, so heard! Doctor Potts is absolutely amazing and I trusted him whole heartedly right from the bat. His front office girls are AMAZING as well! So sweet and kind. I would definitely recommend this office!

5 /5 Shery Russ: Dr. Potts is the very first doctor in my care team that I saw when I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. He has an amazing staff -- they took care of me and treated me with kindness, respect, and patience from the very beginning (and they still do!). Whenever I went in for procedures and treatments at other places and I am asked who my doctors are, every single nurse, medical assistant, health worker, social worker, etc. had nothing to say but great things about Dr. Potts. They said he is the best in the valley and that I am in very good hands. I cannot agree more! He is patient and easy to talk to -- he takes the time to explain things and he genuinely listens. I am fortunate to have him as my doctor.

5 /5 Brisa Fregoso Diaz: I’m thankful for Dr. Potts, he performed a cyst removal on my neck, and also performed a partial thyroidectomy. I highly recommend him, he is so attentive, professional, and above all genuinely cares for his patients. Yes, waiting time varies, but is because he takes time with each of his patients. I preferred that then a quick careless rush. He is informative, and explains himself very clearly depending on patients understanding. His staff is amazing, and his medical assistant is truly amazing. As well, my mom was diagnosed with Breast cancer this year, but what gave us peace was that Dr. Potts was her surgeon. I was not able to be with her during her appointments and recent surgery, but couldn’t be more thankful for him being there for her. Thank you Dr. Potts, you are truly a gifted Surgeon. Your experience and knowledge shows every time.

5 /5 C: Dr Potts and his office staff are very professional, they helped me get through the breast cancer surgery. I am very satisfied with the cancer spot removal and the subsequent breast lifts.
