I continue to be impressed by her knowledge and genuine compassion for her patients. My daughter also sees her and found her to be attentive and responsive to her needs. Her staff are respectful and professional. They make me feel at home. My daughter attends my appointments and readily answer her question with expertise. My daughter who is a pharmaceutical rep. really likes Dr. Akhavon. I plan on keeping my next appointment!

1 /5 XVRX: I had an appalling experience with Dr Akhavons office. The staff is shockingly unprofessional, swearing at patients when questioned about their treatment. They lie blatantly to your face providing no real help or care. It’s truly embarrassing how they treat their patients, avoid this place at all cost if you value your health and dignity.

5 /5 Jana Cole: Dr. Akhavon is very thorough and knowledgeable and has treated me with respect and dignity. When needing medication refills, the response has been quick. Her staff are kind and attentive. I am so grateful for finding her and being able to call her my new PCP. I highly recommend her to anyone in search of a primary physician.

What ever training they got is honestly dog shit. Most of them had attitude and just trying to get this over with. I couldnt get their names. But thanks for being useless. Im so disappointed that the government could hire just anyone. We need people that would be willing to help the customers. If you dont like answering calls you are in the wrong place of business. Tulare CO health and human services you really need to do better.

Ryan Anderson: I just had some dental work done yesterday at this location, and I can honestly say that the staff there was super polite and very professional. They helped me right away, were very honest & informative about my options, and treated me with respect. Dr. O and the dental assistants were all very kind, gentle, and went the extra mile to ensure I wouldnt be in pain or at risk of dry socket/infection. Today I feel great and am very much so looking forward to my next appointment with them. I cant and wont diminish any of the other reviewers experiences, but I can say with certainty that my experience was nothing like a lot of the reviews I see on this page. I have been to many dental offices and dealt with many dentists & dental assistants, but none of them come close to the kindness, gentleness, and professionalism that Dr. O and his assistants showed me yesterday. I honestly couldnt be happier with them and would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for dental work in the Visalia area. Thanks Dr. O and associates! Eva Valencia: Dr. De la Cruz was really caring with my children. He showed care and compassion towards them. This location is a good location to come. It is my first time and hopefully will not be my last. Front desk was fast and professional. Usually they confirm your personal information out loud but in here they are sensitive about your information and find the way to communicated. This location is way much better than the location at 1101 Cherry St at Tulare. Thank you for caring and understanding the sensitive matter of each patient.

Haley Talley: If I could put zero stars I would. Honestly the constant rescheduling was extremely frustrating. I get things change and we need to be accommodating, however I received multiple calls in one day to confirm an appointment, only for it to be cancelled by the provider. In addition, I specifically stated when making an appointment what needed to be done for my daughter, and the appointment was still made. I came in, showed the paperwork that she needed a specific kind of blood test and was still told I was incorrect. I took off work, and wasted my time. Will not go back.

They denied to attend my sons health because of that reason. Also with these actions they took his privilege to attend school and learn.

Yesi O: I had an appointment this morning at 8:30 am to see Dr. Banks (OBGYN) to confirm my pregnancy. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, which was no issue. Reception staff were very nice & so was the medical assistant. After being seen by the medical assistant, I waited over 1 hour before being seen by Dr. Banks. When she walked in, she quickly introduced herself, told me I was pregnant, handed me a sheet with my estimated due date & told me I would need to schedule a follow up appointment for bloodwork + a meeting with an educator to go over prenatal care. The whole interaction was about 2 minutes before she dismissed herself from the room. She did not ask me any questions regarding my pregnancy so far - I have never felt so unseen before. This is my second pregnancy so thankfully I know what to expect. What bothers me is the “quality” care this medical office claims to give. That was horrible service, I would definitely not recommend this place. Visalia OBGYN & their quality care is truly missed. It’s unfortunate that some women have to downgrade & experience this kind of care. I will definitely not be coming back.

Crystal Reed: Dr hamdi was the only one who tried to save my fiancé life, I had to call him directly on his cell phone in order to get him to help because the hospital refused to call him. Unfortunately it wasn’t enough and too late to save him last year but I appreciated the fact that he tried and never gave up and came right away when I called him.
