5 /5 Julie Gonzalez: I had my appointment for my nerve conduction test, the Dr was real nice & he was joking along with me as I was going through the test. I felt comfortable as can be considering there was discomfort for obvious reasons. The office was quiet & the receptionist was very nice.

5 /5 Rita ceja: I was so nervous after reading the reviews on Google. I had a very good experience. From the time I arrived the receptionist was very polite and helpful. Doctor Boota called me and let me know what he was going do. He reassured me I was going to have some discomfort. It was fast and easy. I did have some time discomfort but it didnt hurt at all. It is not at all what the reviews said. The test was fast. I was out and on my way. Thank you Dr. Boots and his staff.

1 /5 Sora: I had to call my clinic just to learn that I was referred here. The receptionists at this place are incompetent and slow. I waited 2, almost 3 whole months just to learn I was approved. Call the clinic, Altura something, and youre on hold for about 30-40 minutes, JUST to be transferred to a receptionist at the referral department who does not answer, ALL DAY and NOT return phone calls. Ridiculous. Im not going to even bother being seen here. Ill just go to somewhere else. Dont waste your time if you are referred here. The reviews are real.

1 /5 Scott Barrett: Worst medical experience ever. Took a month to review my referral, then another month to get an appointment. Showed up the the appointment early and the doctor didnt in walk into the office untill 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Finally get seen an hour after my appointment time. Get seen quickly with a incomplete exam and told I was going to need a test and they would call to schedule it with me. For 2 months they never called and when I called to schedule during that time, could never get thru or was told "were wait for the doctor to request the test". There is a reason this doctor has such low ratings. He has earned his terrible score. Save yourself the hassle and go to another doctor who believes in patient care.

1 /5 Marlyn: If I could give a 0 star review I would. This "neurologist" should NOT be a doctor. He is unqualified to treat patients. We waited months! months to see this Doctor for a severe nerve condition. When we were finally able to see him, he said "what do you want me to do, theres nothing I can do" Not an ounce of compassion or care for his patients. His staff, especially the girl named Stephanie is also inept and will not work with you at all to help. They are rude and inconsiderate. Do Not Go Here! Change networks if you have to or if he is your only option.
