She was incredibly organized and efficient, with a joke here and there, guiding me through the check-in process seamlessly. AMR: Let me start by saying that I love Dr. Sasaki. However, the staff that work here are extremely rude. Its unfortunate as Ive heard good things about the other doctors that practice here. The people that are answering phones need to be taught proper phone etiquette. If they hate their job that much they probably shouldnt work here. Please for the sake of the doctors and the patients, get rid of the rude staff! I wish my doctor wouldve never transferred here.
