She was incredibly friendly and caring, and went beyond out of her way to help me in dealing with a difficult referral and pharmacy issue. 5 /5 Navarro Sandy “Arenita”: Dr. Lee was my doctor for my surgery with my meniscus tear. It was the best decision for me. After 3 weeks of recovery I was able to slowly go back to work and into working out. I completed my 8 sessions of PT and was cleared by Dr. Lee. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and professional.

5 /5 Kathleen Yager: Staff are compassionate, caring and competent. I’ve had two knee replacements with Dr. Duncan, who is a superb surgeon. In both cases, he made his recommendations with good information, and then worked with me as I baby-stepped my way into the surgery. He is very knowledgeable. His craft is state of the art. His outcomes are incredible. Dr Duncan has helped keep me active and able to work and play. When I tell people I’ve had two knee replacements, they are shocked because I move with such ease and comfort. He’s also been able to recommend physical therapists who prepared me before surgery and worked with me after surgery to achieve great results. Also: Kori is excellent! She’s a great practitioner in her own right. As is the Jennifer Nelson/Dr Daniels team. Altogether a superb group at Orthopedic Associates.

4 /5 lisa madala: Doctor Dean, thank you for taking such great care of my mother after her traumatic fall and taking such great care of her for her non-surgical shoulder fracture. We had to wait two hours to see you, but it was worth it. You sat with us, explained everything and got us on board with recovery. And we really liked your PA too. When he came and saw Mom in the hospital, he was so patient and kind and reviewed mom‘s films with her on the in-room computer and it really helped being that she’s a retired nurse. She liked seeing the films, so thank you for that.

From the moment I arrived, Jessica greeted me with a welcoming personality and a reassuring demeanor that instantly put me at ease. She was incredibly organized and efficient, with a joke here and there, guiding me through the check-in process seamlessly. Jessica took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I understood each step along the way. Her professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. Daniel also played a significant role in making my experience positive. AMR: Let me start by saying that I love Dr. Sasaki. However, the staff that work here are extremely rude. Its unfortunate as Ive heard good things about the other doctors that practice here. The people that are answering phones need to be taught proper phone etiquette. If they hate their job that much they probably shouldnt work here. Please for the sake of the doctors and the patients, get rid of the rude staff! I wish my doctor wouldve never transferred here.

I’ve seen a few therapists I have loved, Veronica & Klara are amazing at what they do. I’m getting mobility back in my arm after surgery and radiation caused some damage leaving me with almost a frozen shoulder! 10/10 recommend!

Larry Smith: He explained everything well. I do think the office could work just a bit on clarity of instructions. Specifically, about the timing of the procedure...its important to make sure everyone is on the same page. The office was not bad, but I did feel there was a bit of lack of communication. Nonetheless, I believe he is the only rectal surgeon in Tulare County, and I am happy he serves this area with his skill set. I do believe he cares about his patients. I also found the nurses at the facility to be very caring and professional. I would recommend him.

Alexandria James: Although I’ve heard nothing but positive words about Dr. Potts, I did not have a good experience with one of his receptionist. She was very rude, because my insurance card was digital. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, so I just left. The way you speak to someone is very telling. She was snapping, and her facial expressions said a lot! First, I’m already nervous about what is happening in my breast, and already having second thoughts about even keeping this appointment that is 45 minutes away. I left feeling disappointed and ready to just give up. Decorum in that profession is essential. I didn’t have to leave, I could of sat in that waiting room and waited for my appointment but I was not confident enough in my emotional stability at that moment to not say something rude back to her. I can match energy really good. The kicker is now I have to look for a different breast specialist and it’s crazy that this is breast cancer awareness month and even though I’ve gone to countless doctors appointments in the last month, I still am not aware of what is going on in my breast. Daniel and I better not find out. My insurance was charged for me not showing up to an appointment that I definitely showed up to. I removed myself from what appeared to be a hostile environment. I refused that toxicity in my life. Especially if I have to pay for it. I sure hope Dr. Potts knows you’re nasty attitude lost him a patient.

Lisa Williams: Dr Roper and the Staff at VIP Specialist did my surgery and do all the refills on my pain pump. They have been for over a year now and Alex Dr. Ropers assistant and the girls at the office are the best. They are kind, and supportive while refilling etc my pain pump. The Nurses are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions etc I may have I highly recommend Dr Roper, Alex and the staff at VIP Specialist to assist anyone with chronic pain issues.
