5 /5 Lisa Diane: Very good doctor very aggressive with the workmen comp insurance company that don’t want to help he will refer you out to specialist and keep following through until you can get some medical & prescription. ! Workmen’s comp is the worse!

1 /5 Robert Carter: Worst place for a drug screen I’ve ever been to. As a class a driver I have to test all the time I’ve been here over an hour and the waiting room has cleared out twice and I still haven’t been called in. If it were busy I would understand but not when it’s empty. Stay away from here

1 /5 Diana Valencia: This place is by far the most unprofessional place ever…they make u wait an hour after your appointment time all while they make u wait in another room only to bring u into a room so that the provider can go in order…this is the worst place ever the girls in the front ignore u while ur asking a question but have no issue jumping on their cell phone to send a text message

1 /5 Sylvia Ayala: this place is terrible. I urge anyone that gets an injury not to go there. I was treated so bad not by all, but this assistant that was there was mean rude and judgmental. We go in there for help because we need answers about our injuries and she looked at me like if I was a liar or I was stupid no compassion no empathy for the patients.
