1 /5 Erica Gonzalez: I went to the ER at 1 pm. They ordered an ultrasound, blood work, and urine sample. I was done with all of those requests by 3:30. I waited in the waiting room until 9:30 asking every couple hours what is going on only for them to tell me they have not reviewed my ultrasound. 6 hours of me waiting for my results until I got fed up and left. I am 15 weeks pregnant sitting in those uncomfortable chairs in the waiting room literally for 6 hours with no information. And when I went to ask the triage nurse they were no help saying that I just have to wait until one of them finally said he’ll call to see what’s going on and that’s when he said they haven’t even reviewed my results!! I waited for 30 more minutes and then told the male nurse I was leaving and if I need to inform them that I am leaving and he completely ignored my question and just threw his hands up saying “we can’t stop you” which I knew I was just asking if I needed to inform them. He was very rude about it. Horrible experience did not feel cared for. I was NOT cared for.
