1 /5 John Hann: I love Dr Shoop and his nurse but the people working there are a joke. They have horrible service and no communication. I normally have to talk to Shoop’s nurse to get in to see him because they always tell me he’s booked out and can’t see me. Ive been going to Dr Shoop for over 10 years and when I called in to schedule a follow up appointment from knee surgery, they said he’s not excepting new patients. They said he dropped me cuz I haven’t seen him for 3 years when I know I seen him the year before with Covid. Those people are a joke in there and don’t take their jobs seriously. The doctor that took my appointment because “Shoop was booked” couldn’t even write a doctors note correctly and the MRI that was supposedly sent off never made it to the imaging center that was 2 blocks away. I’m glad I got dropped now it gives me a reason to fine an office who actually cares about their clients.

The lobby is very roomy, with a fireplace, a couple TVs, magazines, and coffee and water machines next to the sink. Theres wifi, and country music is playing constantly. The gym and pool are even free for members.

Marisol Guzman: I came in here today with my mom at 9am and it is currently 4pm and still havent seen a doctor she is in a lot of pain and needs her results but everyone says the Dr will be in soon and nobody has shown up plus apparently nobody knows what is going on they dont help you when you need help up worst experience ever especially when someone is in pain and waiting results. This is crazy. Plus the wheel chairs are so hard and not comfortable especially for someone who has pain. I was told that someone would come and get my mom to take her to a room to rest and nobody ever came apparently they told me only one Dr is available and thats it please hire more Drs one is not enough this is crazy. Also the nurses dont know what room to put you in they say this one wait no this one and the nurses are rude and are not very friendly especially when in pain plus we have to share rooms with people and they can hear everything that the Dr tells you no privacy at all

Bobbi J: Horrible horrible experience! My husband cut the tip of his finger off and they stored it in a paper bowl with ice. They left it sitting for 6 hours in watered down ice and he was transferred to a Fresno where they said they could have saved it but the way the stored it they can’t. Also they took his blood and just left the bikes and never took them.

Then the nurses assigned to me for my recovery were absolutely wonderful caring for me during my rough recovery from the anesthesia effects. They went above and beyond staying and caring for me late till I was in a state to be discharged. Very professional and caring and competent nursing staff. We were very impressed and grateful for such good service and care.

Courtney Van Zuyen: The staff is extremely thorough, thoughtful, and friendly aside from a woman in the back office who appeared frustrated and sighed loudly as soon as she walked into the front office. I smiled, but as soon as she saw me, she quickly retreated to the back again. Its probably the only office Ive ever been to for a DOT physical where the waiting room was actually decorated.
