1 /5 Luz: Need new staff that actually work and that enjoy working with people. Its not nice having to go the doctor with problems and then you are greeted by girls just gossiping and laughing amongst each other instead of interacting with the patients like getting them checked in right away and not on the gossipers terms.......

1 /5 Angel Hoffman: Their customer representatives are very disrespectful, and they do nothing about it when you talk to someone higher up. Also I have been going there for the past 7 years with the same insurance, but now that I want my birth control taken out for medical reasons I cant be seen, because they no longer take my kind of insurance? That is outrageous.

1 /5 Jessica Jorgensen: Dr. Malan will not give out medication previously taken without trying something safer and less potent. The office girls think they can give out medical information the doctor should be saying. Alex told me Dr. will not prescribe you your medication that you are used to. I would avoid this place and do not waste your time. I waited 45 days for calcium with vitamin D which the pharmacy could not fill because it was written wrong. Im better off driving 100 miles to see my old doctor in Mc Cloud or Dunsmuir. As for the mental health unit here, they will try to vector you into the crisis unit. Im better off at a spiritual group setting or a Yoga class. My last appointment was in January and they can not reschedule until the end of April. Im better off listening to FM radio and podcasts.
