1 /5 Danelle Hunter: Dr janoski and his assistant are very unprofessional and incompetent they can not read tests right and violate HIPPA laws yell at patients in front of staff and waiting room patients about personal medical care he should be stripped of his license and the assistant should be fired they put my family member through mental and physical anguish very unprofessional and do not know what they are saying or doing my family member has a critical long term injury and was treated so horribly and this has been a stress on the whole family something needs to be done to do right by my family member!

Ashlee Bartlett: I was seen by Dr Sheas office for my entire pregnancy and postpartum as well. From the front desk staff to the nurses to the MDs everyone was caring, friendly and professional. I received wonderful, attentive and timely care from the nurses (particularly Rosie). Dr Shea was very respectful of my autonomy and consistently made sure I knew what to expect going forward to the next appointment. Anytime I called with a question, I would receive a return call with 24 hrs. I also met doctors Wahi and Leininger and they too were kind and professional. I would have been comfortable with any one of them delivering my baby. Recommending highly this clinic and doctors. Worth the drive from Redding to recieve high-quality care.

Tony Bennett: Lassen medical or Dignity Health has become a joke. Their doctors rotate like the seasons and seem to be getting worse, if thats possible. Ive been a patient there around 20 years. Every time a new doctor comes in you have to start from scratch. Each worse then the prior one. This doctor, now my ex doctor, (I wouldnt post the name but shes been here about 2-3 months) did not take the time to even listen to my medical background. She was rude and acted like she knew my medical history, which she didnt. Nor did she want to hear it. The sad thing is we as patients are stuck and few choices. Its sad to see the medical profession drop so far down. My recommendation is find a doctor in Redding or Chico. I know its a drive but I honestly think youll get much better care. There are a few good doctors/PA but good luck getting into see one.

Aleah Robinson: My husband and I went in to get a covid test to double check on a home test as those are regularly invalid, the two ladies at the front desk were very sweet young ladies and helped us very well, unfortunately the late middle aged woman who was helping us swab and do the test itself was excessively rude, treated us like we were incompetent and just didnt have a good attitude in general. It was quite disappointing as we were being very cautious and wearing masks. I would go there again if I had to, but if I saw that rude woman, I would find somewhere else.

Gail Harris: My husband had surgery for a hernia and he received excellent care from Dr. Kay Stephens at Day care facility in Red Bluff. The staff at her office and also at the Day care facility was excellent and made us very comfortable. We highly recommend Dr. Stephens as she took the time and explained the procedure very well and in detail for what we should expect. Surgery went so well , he had very little pain and recovery went well. Dr. Stephens has a great rapport and I would highly recommend her for surgery!!

Kamran JL: Keep on driving to Redding (or anywhere else). Worst patient care weve ever experienced. Third world countries do better. Completely botched my wifes prescription, the doctor tried to implicate her cold as the cause of her severe lower back pain. Luckily we were able to seek compassionate and professional care at a civilized healthcare facility in Oregon. The drive was worth it.
