Melissa Smith: The whole experience was poor and below expectations. I was in a car accident and the front desk lady, nurse in the ER and the doctor in the ER treated me like I was a nuisance and wasn’t wanted. The nurse wouldn’t look at me in the eye, didn’t care to listen to my perspective and contradicted me when I was able to speak. She was angry and irritable. The doctor spent about 3 minutes examining me and forcefully pressed on my back which is where my pain was. When I grimaced and shook with his forcefulness he continued to force pressure on my back and did not ask me about my pain. It felt like I was an experiment for them to analyze. This in total was a horrible experience. I recommend that no one chooses this hospital. I was forced to go there because there weren’t other hospitals in this area. They take advantage of their patients because we have no option but to choose them. So sad and not a dignified organization.
selina nichols: Wendy is the best Nurse Practitioner I have ever met!! She is the best health care provider I have ever had!! She listens and I mean really listens to you without jumping to conclusions so that she can care for your needs. She is so knowledgeable and will take the time to explain anything. Thank you so much Wendy!
Donny McCaleb: Their billing department staff is horrible and inconsiderate. I switched banks and forgot to update my auto pay and bank info with them. I called to make a payment and update my info just a couple weeks later and they had already turned me into collections. They never even made a phone to me to try and see what was going on. Horrible customer service!
Danny Mathews: Dr. McDaniel is an excellent physician. He is my primary care doctor, but due to a lack of physicians on my work comp insurance network. He is doing my work comp claim as well. I couldnt ask to be in better hands. He has navigated my course, through a lot of procedures that work comp generally tries to steer well clear of. He recommend me to an excellent surgeon. And when I needed to get a second opinion. He made me a referral to yet another top notch surgeon. So I say thank you Dr. McDaniel. Now I can get the treatment I need to get healthy and get back to my job
Donna Saracino: 3/14/23, saw her this morning and the reviews are right on point! I was there for a consultation and she was nothing but rude and less than helpful. She didnt really want to explain anything to me, she just wanted to get it scheduled. I told her if I do the colonoscopy, I would never do it or anything at St Es. She responded all right then, and walked out of our appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AT ALL
