5 /5 Patrick: I cannot speak highly enough of the vets here at Northpointe. We’ve taken many of our animals here over the years, but recent experiences were big positives in an otherwise difficult time as our dog passed. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most of all caring.
We had a horrible experience when we had to take our dog to a larger hospital for specialty care that wasn’t available here. In the end, we returned to Northpointe instead of transferring care to Marqueen in Roseville. We received a more complete prognosis at Northpointe, and it prevented us sinking additional thousands of dollars to arrive at the same conclusion through extra unnecessary steps requested by Marqueen.
I highly recommend Northpointe for your animals. I can’t imagine how much more difficult this could have been, emotionally and financially, had we finished care elsewhere.
