1 /5 Minnie D: The dr didnt go over what I was concerned about, brought up rosacea on my face by saying "whats up with that rash on your face?" I wasnt aware of any rosacea on my face and wasnt there to talk about it either. Then the billing is THE ABSOLUTE WORST, they dont place accounts on hold but say they will note the account so youre not put into collections since they need to review a bill because they billed it incorrectly. They never call back and put you in collections THE DAY AFTER they said your account would be noted and not sent to collections since they had to review it. The worst. Do NOT go here if you are looking for good medical care from providers who actually care.
Edit: ended up paying the copay for a doctor I did not see because they refuse to bill for the correct doctor and I didnt want to deal with the billing department anymore. Its been a year, they said they would not out me in collections since they were reviewing the case and put the acct in collections the NEXT DAY. They failed to fix the issue and NEVER call back. They didnt want the billing issue fixed because they wanted more money for a dr I didnt see and the dr I did see, WAS TERRIBLE.
Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
