Karina Torres I have been seeing Dr. Bonnie Her for a couple of years now. She has always been kind, understanding and listens to you. I have called and sent emails on mycart. She always responds promptly and that is always appreciated. Never have to wait long during visits and the rest of the staff are just as kind and attentive. I am very pleased and happy she is my doctor. She will also be my moms doctor this year also. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor.

Chris Chapman Dr Her is fantastic. While busy (guess thats what happens when you are a good and personable doctor) I have never felt like the next person she has to see. She takes her time and actually listens to you. Utilizes MyChart also and it is not a long delay between responses. All-in-all. I highly recommend.

Sandra Perez Have gotten some of the best medical care from UHC. I dont understand why some people complain. I think they must have very little respect for the doctor to begin with. All my referrals have been approved, and procedures have been carried out timely. The only time I have had issue, was with a podiatrist on the Clovis community hospital grounds. I recommend UHC, including dental care to anyone open to accept.

Danielle Walton I absolutely love this location, I was instantly greeted when I walked in. The check in process was smooth, they are very talkative to the other patients, it felt very warm and welcoming. Once I went to the back my nurse was very kind and understanding they listen to me. I also got me a primary doctor that’s very compassionate. I also enjoyed that they are a “one stop shop” I got everything done ✅ in the same visit. When I was exiting, the manager waved to me and said have a wonderful day, and the front desk all said bye. I will be recommending to all my friend and family

Nicole Bryant Dr Gardner and his NPs are all really nice and spend time to answer questions every visit. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with any questions I have had. My parents are also patients who recommended me . I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jeanette Searby The staff is friendly and the wait time is short. I saw the NP Ashley Salter-Green and she was professional and her exam thorough. I also very much enjoyed her personality. My husband saw the NP David Stone and was also satisfied with his care. We plan on making an appointment for our son after our excellent patient experiences. Thank you Clovis Medical Group for taking such good care of my family!

L D I’m was bit disappointed during New Patient Meet. I switch over to MD Javaid because of all of great reviews but my visit is not comfortable, the front desk was unprofessional, and the meeting with Dr Javaid felt rush and harsh. Maybe I was a younger patient and maybe they think I’m making up my pain. Hopefully our next meet is a lot better.

Sandra G Dr Javaid is an excellent doctor. She doesnt brush off your issues and she listens to your concerns. She cares about her patients. Her front desk staff are a bit rude, however where they lack the doctor definitely picks up. I recommended her to my daughter and husband and Id definitely recommend her to you.

Savannah Faith DO NOT go here. Seriously so unprofessional. I was told on the phone WEEKS ago that my insurance would be accepted here only to show up a half hour early as requested & then they don’t take it. A COMPLETE waste of time & now I’m going to have to wait to get in somewhere else. The lady at the front office was rude even on the phone when she called to move the appointment, but my husband & I moved our schedules around to make it work. She was rude in person as well & insensitive when she informed me of this insurance mix up & didn’t do anything to make it right. It was COMPLETELY unprofessional for this to happen. This is my first pregnancy & I am extremely sick & in desperate need of seeing someone. Seriously go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Save yourself the trouble.

Samantha Zavala I usually don’t write reviews but this is the third time I’ve been here and have had to wait over an hour every time. The Midwife has been great and all the services have been great. However, I am taking my time off work when in reality I can come after work based on the amount of time I’m waiting in a room. I have also cut it close making it back to work on the days that I have had early appointments.

sherie mcfarland Dr. Hayat is the best, kindest, caring doctor I have ever been to.

De Benjarvin Dr Hayat is very caring, knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciate her willingness to listen to my concerns and merge that with her vast medical knowledge to find an appropriate treatment.

Paja Yang My mom has the worst customer service from the her primary doctor. I am very disappointed and I will not recommend this to anyone. The doctor always running late. We have to constantly remind her doctor to schedule her referral. I thought supporting my community would best but it not.

Omori The best doctors Ive seen. Loved my visit and felt very comfortable. They really know what they are doing. I can understand the wait can take a bit sometimes theyre just waiting for the back to get cleaned up. So far such a good experience! Also from my experience all doctor offices usually take a bit to see you. My wait wasnt that long but I know it will be when they get busy.

Lia Pennington A hidden gem in the heart of Clovis! United Health Centers is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to! I recently discovered United Health Centers because we are new to the area. We have been very unhappy at our previous dentist so when a local Mom in a Clovis Moms group highly suggested UHC I couldn’t wait to make an appointment! They even accept Medi-cal which is a plus! To my surprise they have a brand spanking new office location off Shaw in Clovis! The staff was super professional when I made my first appointment. They were able to see me right away which was so accommodating. As soon as you walk in the door you can smell the new carpets and paint that’s how new this place is! The receptionist was friendly & courteous and all the equipment is shining & state of the art. The lobby overall is warm & inviting. The dental assistant, Sara, was so polite and caring. My now dentist Dr. Prieto is very attentive. I got a cleaning done a few days ago and she was so gentle. I came back again yesterday to get a filling and not only was it painless she explained every step each time throughout the procedure. In the past I had anxiety about going to the dentist bc of bad experiences but because Dr. Prieto is so knowledgeable and because she and the staff make me feel like family and treat me with respect and make me feel so comfortable I am so proud to be a forever client! I couldn’t wait to tell my family & friends about my excitement and I couldn’t wait to do a Yelp review! I highly suggest that you too become a forever client! You will not be disappointed!

BENJAMIN JAKOBS Dr Martin is the worst doctor I’ve ever been too. Genuinely seems like he doesn’t care about his job, when I asked him if I could get a preventative inhaler for my asthma he didn’t even know even know what that was. If you have asthma seriously don’t come here.

Chris The worst physician weve ever seen. Delayed a pretty significant diagnosis and caused a lot of unnecessary suffering for years due to his unwillingness to actually explore within his scope of care and make relevant referrals.

Josh _ 925 Never left a review before , but I had such a great experience at this office as a 1st time patient I felt I needed to. Dr. Ramos was excellent & so was is his office staff ! I can tell Dr. Ramos really cares about his patients , and takes the time to get to know them. I definitely plan on returning. Thanks again !

Katrina Jensen Worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. They do not care about their patients and have no empathy when it comes to the elderly. My mother had a fall last week and was in a lot of pain. We had a video call with Dr. Jaskeerit Purewal and she asked my mother what her pain level was. She told her a 9. The Dr. ordered x-rays and we took my mother the next morning. My mother was in so much pain she could barely walk so we requested a wheelcahir. The x-ray tech was surprised there wasnt a "stat" order to get the results right away especially because it was Friday morning and it was going to be a 3 day weekend. My sister and I called the Drs office numerous times to ask that they put a rush on the results and the Dr refused. My mother was in very bad pain all weekend and even though the results came back Tuesday morning (4 days after the x-rays were done) we still were not able to get the results till the next day when we went in for an appointment. We called multiple times Tuesday and asked for the results and no one ever called us back. My mother is 82 years old and has previous back problems (that are on file with this Drs office) and walks with a walker. When we went into the office for the appointment they acted like they didnt care. The Dr. again stated that in her "professional opinion" it wasnt severe even though my mother had stated her pain level was at a 9. It was like she didnt even read her chart or look at her history. My mother ended up having a fracture and nothing else was done for her. She stated to my sister that we could get a 2nd opinion if needed. She did not offer anything for pain or a referral to orthopedics. In my opinion she caused her patient harm physically and mentally for not helping her as she should and she violated her code of ethics. Stay away from this practice. I would have given a 0 star rating if possible.

Carla Flores Dr Sharnjit Purewall refused to listen to a 1 page letter I wrote to explain my medical concerns. He refused to address it and said I had to make another appt. My daughter whom was present, a RN herself was appalled at the disrespect to a Patient.

A M Dr. John Erickson was the provider I was just treated by, and he was exceptionally kind and thorough during my urgent care visit. I was apprehensive to go to this place because of the reviews but must say I am pleasantly surprised by my treatment from front office staff to back in the treatment room. Dr offered to do extra testing that I didn’t even know was available . He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions appropriately and was absolutely the kindest! He managed to find a sample for me to utilize and spare me an extra expense at the pharmacy as well!! It was worth the extra 5 mile drive for me during this busy holiday season.

R P I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment as instructed. Was the first person to check in right after the lunch hour. Still waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment! Absolutely ridiculous. It was not the first time either. Dr. Quintana Van Horne is not considerate of peoples time. She could careless and doesnt apologize for her delay. If she is going to spend over an hour with a patient and keep others waiting she needs to schedule her patients appropriately to reduce wait times. If you value your time, stay away from this place! Dr. Quintana Van Horne is the problem, not her staff. Also, the urgent care at Peachwood is a joke. They wont prescribe anything and suggest over the counter medication even when you tell them youve tried everything. The doctors dont take your complaints seriously.

Dream Luna “Goddess L” the staff is unprofessional and the service is unacceptable. They should be shut down. They dont care about patients wellbeing and dont even bother to check on them. Do better, your patients deserve better. You could die there and they wouldnt know for days. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Ashley Johnson Usually when I come here there’s no problems. But it’s really going downhill. All these new nigh shift people are not well mannered and have attitudes when you ask them about anything. Yesterday on thanksgiving was worse! When I was getting my shot I was seated near the nurse desk and you would think they were having a college hangout. The way they talk makes me feel uneasy of the care they might provide. The night I was here, there was a lady next to me and she was complaining about the wait and how the 3 workers laughed at her. (she seemed mentally I’ll, not all there) and the people in the round desk area were laughing and making comments. That’s someone’s mother, daughter, or sister going thru whatever feelings they are going thru obviously she’s not all there and them laughing was disrespectful especially someone working in the hospital. These new college kids are ruining this ER. I get it they need experience but have someone higher monitoring them and making reports.

Rachel R I went in for my initial check up and to establish care. Requested a referral to a specialist. Two weeks go by and I hadn’t heard from anyone, so I called to check the status of the referral. Turns out the doctor never submitted a referral. To top it off, I also did labs (again, establishing care, so these were routine lab tests) and had a telephone call scheduled to go over the results. The scheduled time came and went, and no phone call. I gave them 15 minutes and called the office directly only to be told that I need to reschedule and had to wait another two weeks.Turns out they had the wrong phone number on file (they missed it by one number) and the “appointment window” had passed. They can’t meet the needs of basic healthcare; seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had. If you have the option, look elsewhere and do not waste your time here.

T Ramey My son and I had appointments with two separate doctors and really liked them both. They took very thorough medical histories down and didnt make it seem rushed. The facility was very clean with plenty of seats to sit in the waiting area. All the ladies working the front desk were very pleasant and professional.

Ruth Soderlund I wish I’d looked at reviews! Moved to Fresno recently and am looking for a new PCP. Dr Miramontes is unbelievable. She literally argued with me the entire time she was in the room with me. She cut me off after we’d only been talking 10 minutes even though I had more questions. She opened the door and said “have a good day” and left as if she was disgusted by the way I’ve been caring for myself based on my own symptoms experience. I can’t believe people would see her more than once. She wanted me to come in for a physical in a couple months and there is no way I would ever return to this office ever. Poor lady. I can’t imagine what her life has been like for her to treat people like this for so long.

T Money Incredibly rude and dismissive. I’ve expressed concerns regarding my anxiety and depression, and she hardly listened to me. And being at my most vulnerable, she became increasingly condescending with me. She also didn’t put in a referral for me regarding a serious health concern as she promised and seemed confused. I believe we go to doctors to get help. I didn’t feel helped and plan to find someone else. Please don’t go see her.
