5 /5 A M: Dr. John Erickson was the provider I was just treated by, and he was exceptionally kind and thorough during my urgent care visit. I was apprehensive to go to this place because of the reviews but must say I am pleasantly surprised by my treatment from front office staff to back in the treatment room. Dr offered to do extra testing that I didn’t even know was available . He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions appropriately and was absolutely the kindest! He managed to find a sample for me to utilize and spare me an extra expense at the pharmacy as well!! It was worth the extra 5 mile drive for me during this busy holiday season.

1 /5 R P: I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment as instructed. Was the first person to check in right after the lunch hour. Still waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment! Absolutely ridiculous. It was not the first time either. Dr. Quintana Van Horne is not considerate of peoples time. She could careless and doesnt apologize for her delay. If she is going to spend over an hour with a patient and keep others waiting she needs to schedule her patients appropriately to reduce wait times. If you value your time, stay away from this place! Dr. Quintana Van Horne is the problem, not her staff. Also, the urgent care at Peachwood is a joke. They wont prescribe anything and suggest over the counter medication even when you tell them youve tried everything. The doctors dont take your complaints seriously.

5 /5 Meghan McLeese: My urgent care visit was great! I was seen and on my way in less than an hour and they promptly called in my prescription to my pharmacy as well. Dr. Erickson and the MA were knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for making an urgent care visit easy and pleasant!

1 /5 Serena Soliz: I was a former patient there, my doctor was amitasha mann she’s a very lazy doctor didn’t feel “comfortable” treating certain issues i was having etc just overall a very mediocre provider. another thing i want to add was i knew my mom was a pt there and my mom and dr.mann were having some issues and one day i had an appointment with doctor mann and she was telling me “im sure you know what’s going on with me and your mom i thinks its best you switch providers due to your mom also being my pt” not ONLY did she BREAK HIPAA but was also making me uncomfortable in the process by putting me in the middle. i wouldn’t recommend her at all.

1 /5 Jennifer Wilkins: They were running an hour and a half behind. No acknowledging the wait time. I get there can be things going on with patients that put Doctor behind, but no acknowledgement to those waiting is rude. Once the doctor came in, she barely let me speak. She interrupted me when I did try to talk. I got less than 5 minutes with Dr Miramontes after waiting for an hour and a half beyond my scheduled appointment. I left without feeling like I was heard. I understand appointment times aren’t long, but I was prepared with specific questions to be efficient. I also want to feel like I’m having a conversation with my doctor. Extremely disappointed today.

Rachel R: I went in for my initial check up and to establish care. Requested a referral to a specialist. Two weeks go by and I hadn’t heard from anyone, so I called to check the status of the referral. Turns out the doctor never submitted a referral. To top it off, I also did labs (again, establishing care, so these were routine lab tests) and had a telephone call scheduled to go over the results. The scheduled time came and went, and no phone call. I gave them 15 minutes and called the office directly only to be told that I need to reschedule and had to wait another two weeks.Turns out they had the wrong phone number on file (they missed it by one number) and the “appointment window” had passed. They can’t meet the needs of basic healthcare; seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had. If you have the option, look elsewhere and do not waste your time here.

Katrina Jensen: Worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. They do not care about their patients and have no empathy when it comes to the elderly. My mother had a fall last week and was in a lot of pain. We had a video call with Dr. Jaskeerit Purewal and she asked my mother what her pain level was. She told her a 9. The Dr. ordered x-rays and we took my mother the next morning. My mother was in so much pain she could barely walk so we requested a wheelcahir. The x-ray tech was surprised there wasnt a "stat" order to get the results right away especially because it was Friday morning and it was going to be a 3 day weekend. My sister and I called the Drs office numerous times to ask that they put a rush on the results and the Dr refused. My mother was in very bad pain all weekend and even though the results came back Tuesday morning (4 days after the x-rays were done) we still were not able to get the results till the next day when we went in for an appointment. We called multiple times Tuesday and asked for the results and no one ever called us back. My mother is 82 years old and has previous back problems (that are on file with this Drs office) and walks with a walker. When we went into the office for the appointment they acted like they didnt care. The Dr. again stated that in her "professional opinion" it wasnt severe even though my mother had stated her pain level was at a 9. It was like she didnt even read her chart or look at her history. My mother ended up having a fracture and nothing else was done for her. She stated to my sister that we could get a 2nd opinion if needed. She did not offer anything for pain or a referral to orthopedics. In my opinion she caused her patient harm physically and mentally for not helping her as she should and she violated her code of ethics. Stay away from this practice. I would have given a 0 star rating if possible.

Sandra Perez: Have gotten some of the best medical care from UHC. I dont understand why some people complain. I think they must have very little respect for the doctor to begin with. All my referrals have been approved, and procedures have been carried out timely. The only time I have had issue, was with a podiatrist on the Clovis community hospital grounds. I recommend UHC, including dental care to anyone open to accept.

Mary Haynes: Dr. Huang and the entire staff group that assisted with my knee procedure--from the gentleman that took my vitals, to the woman who took me back to the x-ray room (Im terrible with remembering names)--were all extremely nice and gave details of everything I was about to experience. They were very thorough and informative, which kept me at ease during the procedure. This treatment was extremely important to me because I tend to get nervous and scared during new experiences.

Ruth Soderlund: I wish I’d looked at reviews! Moved to Fresno recently and am looking for a new PCP. Dr Miramontes is unbelievable. She literally argued with me the entire time she was in the room with me. She cut me off after we’d only been talking 10 minutes even though I had more questions. She opened the door and said “have a good day” and left as if she was disgusted by the way I’ve been caring for myself based on my own symptoms experience. I can’t believe people would see her more than once. She wanted me to come in for a physical in a couple months and there is no way I would ever return to this office ever. Poor lady. I can’t imagine what her life has been like for her to treat people like this for so long.

Lia Pennington: A hidden gem in the heart of Clovis! United Health Centers is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to! I recently discovered United Health Centers because we are new to the area. We have been very unhappy at our previous dentist so when a local Mom in a Clovis Moms group highly suggested UHC I couldn’t wait to make an appointment! They even accept Medi-cal which is a plus! To my surprise they have a brand spanking new office location off Shaw in Clovis! The staff was super professional when I made my first appointment. They were able to see me right away which was so accommodating. As soon as you walk in the door you can smell the new carpets and paint that’s how new this place is! The receptionist was friendly & courteous and all the equipment is shining & state of the art. The lobby overall is warm & inviting. The dental assistant, Sara, was so polite and caring. My now dentist Dr. Prieto is very attentive. I got a cleaning done a few days ago and she was so gentle. I came back again yesterday to get a filling and not only was it painless she explained every step each time throughout the procedure. In the past I had anxiety about going to the dentist bc of bad experiences but because Dr. Prieto is so knowledgeable and because she and the staff make me feel like family and treat me with respect and make me feel so comfortable I am so proud to be a forever client! I couldn’t wait to tell my family & friends about my excitement and I couldn’t wait to do a Yelp review! I highly suggest that you too become a forever client! You will not be disappointed!
