5 /5 Lia Pennington: A hidden gem in the heart of Clovis! United Health Centers is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to! I recently discovered United Health Centers because we are new to the area. We have been very unhappy at our previous dentist so when a local Mom in a Clovis Moms group highly suggested UHC I couldn’t wait to make an appointment! They even accept Medi-cal which is a plus! To my surprise they have a brand spanking new office location off Shaw in Clovis! The staff was super professional when I made my first appointment. They were able to see me right away which was so accommodating. As soon as you walk in the door you can smell the new carpets and paint that’s how new this place is! The receptionist was friendly & courteous and all the equipment is shining & state of the art. The lobby overall is warm & inviting. The dental assistant, Sara, was so polite and caring. My now dentist Dr. Prieto is very attentive. I got a cleaning done a few days ago and she was so gentle. I came back again yesterday to get a filling and not only was it painless she explained every step each time throughout the procedure. In the past I had anxiety about going to the dentist bc of bad experiences but because Dr. Prieto is so knowledgeable and because she and the staff make me feel like family and treat me with respect and make me feel so comfortable I am so proud to be a forever client! I couldn’t wait to tell my family & friends about my excitement and I couldn’t wait to do a Yelp review! I highly suggest that you too become a forever client! You will not be disappointed!

1 /5 BENJAMIN JAKOBS: Dr Martin is the worst doctor I’ve ever been too. Genuinely seems like he doesn’t care about his job, when I asked him if I could get a preventative inhaler for my asthma he didn’t even know even know what that was. If you have asthma seriously don’t come here.

1 /5 Diana Munoz: I have been receiving care from this health group for 4 years now and I still do not have a diagnosis!! I have severe back issues, a long with other health problems. Ive switch Doctors 4 times hoping i could see a Doctor that can do their job but no luck! I had one doctor accuse me of taking advantage of the system because i was going on Short-term Disability due to my spine, I had another doctor tell me that I wasnt sick enough to request a handicap placard, I was prescribed 3 different medications that I could not take together, Its been a nightmare!! Waited months to see the rheumatologist only to get a call from the clinic letting me know that they didnt take my insurance and to notify the referral Dept to verify first before sending it! I have PCOS and endometriosis and a medication I need for this was submitted twice and both times it was denied because the Authorization department did not submit prior clinical notes or the reason why I needed this?!? I filed a grievance agains my current MD and UHC after this I get a call from the front office supervisor to let me know that my MD would not be treating anymore because she didnt feel we were a good match and I was to see a new MD!!!!!
