5 /5 Sandra Perez: Have gotten some of the best medical care from UHC. I dont understand why some people complain. I think they must have very little respect for the doctor to begin with. All my referrals have been approved, and procedures have been carried out timely. The only time I have had issue, was with a podiatrist on the Clovis community hospital grounds. I recommend UHC, including dental care to anyone open to accept.

5 /5 Danielle Walton: I absolutely love this location, I was instantly greeted when I walked in. The check in process was smooth, they are very talkative to the other patients, it felt very warm and welcoming. Once I went to the back my nurse was very kind and understanding they listen to me. I also got me a primary doctor that’s very compassionate. I also enjoyed that they are a “one stop shop” I got everything done ✅ in the same visit. When I was exiting, the manager waved to me and said have a wonderful day, and the front desk all said bye. I will be recommending to all my friend and family

1 /5 John Miller II: Worst customer service ever! My wife booked an appointment over five weeks ago because we moved from WA to CA and she needed a new O.B. They scheduled an appointment and we show up on the day of the appointment and they said they can’t take her because she is too far along. Why didn’t the tell us five weeks ago when we called to schedule an appointment? Don’t bother with these incompetent people! They didn’t even apologize and now my wife is 37 weeks pregnant without an O.B. Don’t give them your business!
