Paja Yang: My mom has the worst customer service from the her primary doctor. I am very disappointed and I will not recommend this to anyone. The doctor always running late. We have to constantly remind her doctor to schedule her referral. I thought supporting my community would best but it not.
L D: I’m was bit disappointed during New Patient Meet. I switch over to MD Javaid because of all of great reviews but my visit is not comfortable, the front desk was unprofessional, and the meeting with Dr Javaid felt rush and harsh. Maybe I was a younger patient and maybe they think I’m making up my pain. Hopefully our next meet is a lot better.
Karina Torres: I have been seeing Dr. Bonnie Her for a couple of years now. She has always been kind, understanding and listens to you. I have called and sent emails on mycart. She always responds promptly and that is always appreciated. Never have to wait long during visits and the rest of the staff are just as kind and attentive. I am very pleased and happy she is my doctor. She will also be my moms doctor this year also. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor.
Serina Simmons: Absolutely wonderful people! They showed more caring and compassion for total strangers than people I know personally. Thank you Tzu Chi and the wonderful Buddhist community ❤ I hope one day I will be in a position to give back to such a wonderful organization.
Marlena Sparkman: Glenn Medical Center is the cornerstone of the Willows foundation. As a rural hospital and family medical center, they provide much needed services. They have recently added Dr. Phillips, a neurology doctor. He is nothing short of amazing. I just love Dr. Highman who is like an old time doctor and you KNOW that he cares about his patients. Many of the staff people go out of their way to help and are dearly appreciated, such as Jessica O. (referrals), Tanya (Dr Assistant) , Laurie (Front Desk) (Lori?), Amy & Jessica (radiology). The most amazing is Klacey. She is like a whirlwind of help and service.
