5 /5 Marlena Sparkman: Glenn Medical Center is the cornerstone of the Willows foundation. As a rural hospital and family medical center, they provide much needed services. They have recently added Dr. Phillips, a neurology doctor. He is nothing short of amazing. I just love Dr. Highman who is like an old time doctor and you KNOW that he cares about his patients. Many of the staff people go out of their way to help and are dearly appreciated, such as Jessica O. (referrals), Tanya (Dr Assistant) , Laurie (Front Desk) (Lori?), Amy & Jessica (radiology). The most amazing is Klacey. She is like a whirlwind of help and service.

5 /5 Manda Ang: During after hours, I went to the emergency room due to a major toothache and all the staffs, nurses, and Doctors there were super nice. They attended my needs and pain and was seen right away. I was given 2 shots for my pain, and the lady who gave me the shots is good at it, and the lady who took blood samples, because I didnt feel a thing. Thanks to the lady who took my Vitals, and a BIG THANKS to the front staff lady for the TUMS! Thanks to Dr. Mose. I just wanted to give a big shout out Big Thanks to the night crew og the emergency room!!!

1 /5 Stephanie Brooks: If I could give a zero I would. My husband was forced there by Enloe hospital. Not only did they not give him water the " nurse practioner" never she claimed looked at his records for two weeks so even though she claimed had sepsis and covid the whole time never got meds. Then when she refused me to take him out of there she claimed would give meds. He was placed on and iv which had no water nor did he receive food. They said he couldnt have. They kept taking him for tests day after day but wouldnt treat him. He died a horrible death. He went into a coma when they took him to pull out a plug that had been left on the hospital before being transferred there. They had to get a Dr from yuba city for his final hours after I said if he was dying hes to come off oxygen as he was being tortured. At no time was I allowed to take him put of there. His arms the last day looked like he was wrapped in a straight jacket. . They refused him his Alzheimers bipolar meds for 2 weeks. This is why I highly recommend you dont use them. There is no Dr except in emergency room but they never came to see him. His death is on them

1 /5 Socorro Angelica: This hospital is HORRIBLE! Honestly I don’t even know how it’s still open. It smells of mold it’s soooo outdated, staff is rude, they tend to miss diagnose, the primary’s suck. This place needs torn down and better regulated.

Michelle Kelly: I went to this place cause I was having trouble breathing. Then they tried to charge me close to $8000 after they did virtually nothing. And before anyone says "thats just how much medical stuff costs" - no its not. They tried to charge over $1000 for a simple urinalysis. These people do not care and while I was waiting the 5 hour wait, I saw them be incredibly rude to several people. One staff member got pissy with someone who was literally holding a towel to his head to stop bleeding.

Ellen Buzzard: Ive been a patient of Redwood Community Health since they took over about 5 years ago. In all honesty, I was very unhappy with the services & care I had been receiving (if you could call it that) since they had taken over until about a year ago when I made an appointment with a new doctor that had just joined the practice. No matter what doctor I saw, none of them seemed to listen & all of them failed to address my medical concerns or put much effort in treating my conditions. I scheduled numerous appointments for the same conditions. The doctors I saw acted like they didnt want to be bothered, dismissed me or wrote off my medical problems on a variety of things I knew were not the cause. None of the doctors had any answers for me but that was no surprise when most of the time they didnt examine me or run any tests. They were all too happy to write me prescriptions that didnt help. 3 different times they prescribed prescriptions for me that I was allergic to & was noted in my chart. Luckily I caught all 3 errors prior to starting the medications. At one point I made an appointment after I came down with a nasty bug very quickly. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who lectured me for coming in when all I had was the flu (prior to COVID) instead of toughing it out & taking care of myself at home like most adults would do. A week later I went back because I was 10 times worse & was diagnosed with double pneumonia. Time after time the medical staff left me with the impression that helping & providing patients standard medical care was not a priority to them. When I made an appointment about a year ago, I was schedule to see Dr. Henry who was new to the practice. I had no more faith in him than I did the rest of the medical staff. That appointment with Dr. Henry was a game changer for me. He has done more for me in the last year than all the other doctors combined had done for me over a 4 year period. He is everything I expect from a doctor & more. WOW, what a difference a great doctor on top of his game can make.

David Quilantan: Receptionist are rude and they keep you on hold for their convenience. I was called for an appointment by Open door because I was in emergency for my heart condition. I wasnt able to make it to my appointment however I asked them if they would be willing to make an appointment for me supposedly there was an appointment come to find out they never made one for me like they said they would have. With this place really needs is to record their phone calls. Im tired that my physical needs are not being met at this place theyre being taken lightly. They need to train these people. If you ask for a supervisor they should just transfer you over to a supervisor to speak with them not just hang up on you. I hope things get better at this place. Bad enough we really need good doctors and nurses here in this area. People who actually care about your health not just about the money theyre making.

Rachel: I gave birth to my first child at this MRCH’s birth center and the staff took great care of us the entire duration of our stay. I had multiple complications that required an emergency cesarean birth. I felt all staff near me were attentive and I am sad this birth center is closing. In addition, I have had ultrasounds, X-rays and admission to the emergency room here over the years. There were sometimes long wait times ranging from 45 minutes to 2 1/2 hours, but the medical system in general is under strain and this has been a growing issue at all medical facilities. If I can, I always prefer to come to this hospital for anything I need done locally.
