1 /5 David Quilantan: Receptionist are rude and they keep you on hold for their convenience. I was called for an appointment by Open door because I was in emergency for my heart condition. I wasnt able to make it to my appointment however I asked them if they would be willing to make an appointment for me supposedly there was an appointment come to find out they never made one for me like they said they would have. With this place really needs is to record their phone calls. Im tired that my physical needs are not being met at this place theyre being taken lightly. They need to train these people. If you ask for a supervisor they should just transfer you over to a supervisor to speak with them not just hang up on you. I hope things get better at this place. Bad enough we really need good doctors and nurses here in this area. People who actually care about your health not just about the money theyre making.

4 /5 Stephan St. Claire-Méfret: Located in a beautiful location, off the waterfront trails. Clean. Wonderful staff from receptionists to nurses and other health professionals. Its organized by what they refer to as " pods", aka, waiting areas for your specific conditions. Its organized. The workers seem to take pride in their work and the doctors are dedicated. I recommend it, for pediatrics to general medicine, getting blood tests, and more. You can take a nice walk while you wait. Plenty of parking. Specifically for cars with children. I recommend it.

5 /5 Sarah Pettit: My son has been dealing with some pretty serious health concerns and everyone has been so amazing. Dr. Byrd is going above and beyond to find answers and is so patient with my little guy. The phlebotomists in the lab have been absolutely amazing, supportive and kind to my son while having his blood drawn. They make sure to thoroughly explain what they are going to do as well as talk him through the entire thing. I cannot praise everyone enough for their support and making things go smoothly.

1 /5 Zachary Cochran: Every damn month, I have to call these people up to request my medications be refilled, and EVERY DAMN MONTH, SOMETHING GOES WRONG. Ill inevitably end up having to call the pharmacy and see which medications they missed this time, then call back Open Door, tell them what they messed up, and hope that they fix their mistakes before I start violently throwing up stomach acid. I dont understand why its so difficult for them to just call in the medication, but they make my life way harder than it needs to be every single month, and if we had any better options for medical care in Humboldt, Id switch doctors in a heartbeat.

2 /5 Shay Konradsdottir: Providers are amazing, but their teams/administration have been poor. Im a type 1 diabetic, and require various prescriptions to keep me alive (insulin, glucagon) and functioning (technology, pump supplies). Although the appointments themselves are remarkable in the examination rooms, the prescriptions are failing to be filled, the suppliers are not receiving requested information, and this goes on for over a year at a time. I was without sensors for my final academic year because of this office refusing to check a box on a faxed form. I highly suggest anyone seeking diabetic healthcare to seek providers outside of the area. If you live in the area, dont leave their clinic until they hand you a paper prescription to bring to the pharmacy. Furthermore, I have been lied to over the phone and been given false information multiple times (such as phone numbers that dont exist). It shouldnt be hard to be transparent and honest with your customers. Ive read other peoples comments on this clinic and agree that there is an attitude problem with administration. Some of the medical receptionists roll their eyes and can become very demanding and intimidating, but I dont think thats worth such a negative review. I do think the lack of Health & Wellness the company supposedly provides is the bigger problem,
