2 /5 Shay Konradsdottir: Providers are amazing, but their teams/administration have been poor. Im a type 1 diabetic, and require various prescriptions to keep me alive (insulin, glucagon) and functioning (technology, pump supplies).
Although the appointments themselves are remarkable in the examination rooms, the prescriptions are failing to be filled, the suppliers are not receiving requested information, and this goes on for over a year at a time. I was without sensors for my final academic year because of this office refusing to check a box on a faxed form.
I highly suggest anyone seeking diabetic healthcare to seek providers outside of the area. If you live in the area, dont leave their clinic until they hand you a paper prescription to bring to the pharmacy.
Furthermore, I have been lied to over the phone and been given false information multiple times (such as phone numbers that dont exist). It shouldnt be hard to be transparent and honest with your customers.
Ive read other peoples comments on this clinic and agree that there is an attitude problem with administration. Some of the medical receptionists roll their eyes and can become very demanding and intimidating, but I dont think thats worth such a negative review. I do think the lack of Health & Wellness the company supposedly provides is the bigger problem,
