I’m so glad I called to see if you had someone that could help. I also super appreciated your extra care and attention with my little guy. Everyone was so patient with him. Thanks again!!

1 /5 James M.: The office manager is rude and doesn’t care. I had a bill for $35 and I called about it and was told I would receive a call the following Monday. I had to call back after not receiving a call for over 3 months. She was rude right from the get go. There’s no need for that kind of attitude in your line of work. If you’re unhappy you should find another place to work.

5 /5 Oceana: The best place to be with an emergency that can be handled at an Urgent Care facility! On March 10th my husband was seen at the clinic for a fairly deep puncture wound on his hand. He was immediately taken into an exam room and was given the necessary treatment. All personnel were helpful, courteous and professional. I want to mention Doctor Karen and Student trainee Haley who were his personal contact healthcare people but all staff were quick to offer any additional help. Thank you to Redwood Urgent Care.

5 /5 Nebby Sanderson: Ive taken both my Dad and my partner to Redwood Urgent Care where they received kind, empathetic and efficient care when time was of the essence. My partner who has suffered brain stem glioma that was recently discharged from radiation at UCSF, began aspirating and having breathing weakness. Local ERs claimed he had zero infection and was likely the crud (seriously!?) Appointments at local clinics can be too spaced out for serious issues. Redwood Urgent knew right away he had pneumonitis from the aspiration, prescribed the correct medications and basically saved his life. I will bring my loved ones here in the future going forward.

1 /5 Ringo Burgess: refused service during office hours not once but two days in a row. Came in just after 5 o’clock and tell the lady at the front desk all i need is a doctors note for work. i pretty much know what’s wrong with me. refuses to see me because they are closing early. come back the next day at 12:30 (lunch isn’t until 1) the same lady i saw the previous day greats me at the door with “all of our rooms are full and we’re trying to make lunch on time”. I tell her i was here yesterday and she proceeds to laugh in my face. i’m glad she thought it was funny. At my job if we have things to do that dip into our lunchtime we finish the job and have lunch after. I’m a street and utilities worker, we stick jobs out to not inconvenience others but apparently the medical facilities around here don’t mind doing just that to sick people.
