5 /5 Ha Ha: I cannot praise the staff enough! The surgeons, nurses, xray and lab techs, admins, and entire support staff were all top notch and every single one of them make you feel truly cared for. They all were kind and seemed to actually enjoy working there. The facility itself is equally great, with large private rooms. Also the quietest hospital stay, which is unheard of. Surgery recoveries are never comfortable, but the team here really did make it far more comfortable experience than expected.

5 /5 Monica Scheuerman: From the nurse that greeted me in pre-op to the staff that cared for me in post-op it was an all around wonderful experience! I stayed 3 days and 2 nights and felt more like I was staying in a nice hotel with an excellent nursing staff. The food was great and the dietary staff was so friendly. Thank you to everyone at Sutter Surgical for the best experience I’ve had and after 6 abdominal surgeries that is saying a lot! You all were great, especially Sandy my night nurse and Chrysty my day nurse - thank you!

5 /5 Enola Kaya: Wow. This is a first! I had hand surgery 4 days ago and was I impressed? YES! Clean, neat, no massive lines or people in the waiting room being all weird. Looked like a hotel lobby. Pleasant staff, great doctors. Then...today I get a very nice Get Well letter from them...with A LOT of signatures from everyone that worked there wishing me a speedy recovery. I WISH WISH WISH it was an emergency hospital but alas....they only do surgeries and not ER. But I can tell you one thing...I will not ever go to Rideout for another surgery if I have to have one. I will want to go here. To Sutter Surgical. They were and are AWESOME!!

Adventist Health and Rideout: Emergency Room - Marysville

Brenda Kay: I havent been here in a few months but in my experience the problems seem to be the triage. The privacy is a zero and scattered. They have someone near the security taking your personal info and then you wait to be triaged. Then you are behind a curtain where there are 3 different people taking your info and then they have you wait some more and in a couple of my visits once they call you to the back they have you wait again in a cold and uncomfortable room with hard chairs. With all of the negative reviews, I hope that they start to take into consideration that this is a hospital and not a jail. People are coming in with discomfort and pain. New triage and seating would be nice. Aside from that the nurse and doctors are great.

The hospital is very clean, the check in is quick you do need your ID, very friendly people, the security very nice, the nurses in OB Emergency are very friendly and took very very good care of my niece and her new baby girl. Crystal Salas: I realized I never left a review but feel compelled to do so. My son, when he was 1month old was admitted to this hospital, which is an 1.5 hours away from home. The staff and doctors were truly very kind, compassionate and understanding of the anguish we were facing with our sick child. They were accommodating as possible to myself and his dad when we stayed with him that full week. My son got better and we were able to get home and he is a thriving 11 year old. I’m beyond thankful for the staff who cared over my child and made it possible to return home as a complete family.

Lora Hebert: My experience at Sutter Urgent care in Yuba City was excellent! We visited at about 10:00 AM on a Friday and waited only 10 minutes in the waiting room before being taken back. Once in the exam room we waited only 5 minutes for the PA who immediately swabbed my nose and ordered an X-ray. The X-ray was done 5 minutes later and the PA came in with the results not 10 minutes later. We were in and out in less than 1 hour. I cant imagine a better Urgent Care experience.
