taylor hall if i could give zero stars i would, the lady that did my nails was not friendly, she was also rushing and did a really bad job. after an hour my gel polish was lifting and it was really disappointing because it was for my prom. she didnt even push or cut my cuticles back so my fingers were bleeding because the polish tore off my cuticles. she also didn’t even shape my nails, i had to shape them myself when i got home. i will never go back here.

Apryl Rayne First time there and I loved it! Anna did my mani/pedi. Im very ticklish but she does it gentle so it was very nice. I want to turquoise for my nails I wanted to match my ring.... I picked a green turquoise... she had picked the blue one ...I think she was right. Next time. Im definitely going back

Candice Aviles I dont recommend. I got a basic pedicure for $35, not worth the price. It was over very quick and the lady barely scrubbed the callous at all, she nipped me once with the cuticle trimmer and gave me a harsh look instead of apologizing, and instead of letting me know when she wanted me to put my feet in the water she pushed them in a harsh way away from her. She just had a miserable and rude personality and attitude.

Donna T Bad Bad Bad! I do not recommend gong to this place. Took my 89 year of mother there for a pedicure and the guy pulled off part of her big toe nails saying it was ingrown when it was totally not. He hurt her three times doing this. She said “I NEVER WANT TO GO TO THAT PLACE AGAIN!” Plus on a second smaller issue. With the standard pedicure they used to massage your feet and lower legs. It was nice! Well they really don’t do that anymore. Sad!

Kristin Rodriguez Sharing my experience of my first time here. After getting a fresh full set my nails looked like Ive had them for 1 whole week. Its like they did it on purpose for me to go back sooner for a fill. My nails that I paid for look like press ons that dont fit my original nail. Please dont waste your money here because you wont be paying for quality.

Elizabeth Villa The lady doing my nails, was working rushed which is understandable since it’s the day before new year’s eve however, she was using a nail to take off my acrylic very aggressively. I told her it was hurting, she apologized then proceeded to yank the nail off. She tried covering my nail and stop me from looking but when I pulled my hand away I noticed I was bleeding a lot. I told her I no longer wanted to do my set and she proceeded to say it will be fine and she was going to put the glue to stop the bleeding then we can proceed. At this point, my actual nail was clearly ripped off and if she put glue and proceeded to work on it, it would become infected. I told her no thank you and continued pulling my arm towards her so she can put the glue. I had to pull back and I told her I no longer wanted the service. I was walking away, said she wouldn’t charge me for removal which was the least she could do. I felt awful because 1) it hurt, 2)ruined my NYE nail set. I didn’t make a scene at the shop but i’m really upset with how rushed she was trying to work.

A Friendly, fast and great prices! Definitely making this my go to spot. 12-31-19 Adding to my review from last month. Changing from a 4 star to a 3 star. I was hurt on my finger it took two weeks to go back and try again w a different person. Nails turned out great. Took alot longer then Ive ever waited there before. Three different people worked on taking my acrylics off. My regular nail polish turned out so pretty but sadly they only lasted a day. Thats not what bothered me tho. What bothered me is that out of all the times Ive been here I was asked to pay ahead before the service was done. I was confused it was a first for me but I just assumed maybe something had happened to them to make their clients pay in advance. Idk. I didnt ask. I went ahead and payed and tipped like always. Im just confused about it tho. I thought it was illegal to ask to pay for a service in advance before the job has been performed. If anyone has a recommendation on where I can go to get great service for returning friendly customers Id greatly appreciate it.

They took care of us as if we were family

OBLIFY Took my girl here and usually I feel left out of other nail spots cause I just sit and wait. But this salon made me felt comfortable. They allowed me to sit on the pedi chairs as comfort. Pricing was not bad at all. For the nails they did amazing had my girl running her nails through my hair all day. Coming back again that’s forsure.

Dulce Garcia I get easily stimulated I first loved how calming it is here. Music is relaxing and was helped right away. The nail tech that did my nails was patient and took his time on my nails. He paid attention to detail . I like to have my headset and just relax he asked what I wanted and I was able to put on some music and he did an amazing job. Had my old set removed new set put on was charged 79$ great place will go back again.

Ivie Williams This nail shop is now my regular nail shop. I’m from LA and it’s so hard moving from a city that had nail shops in abundance to a city where there is a lack of. This nail shop is always so clean and they have wonderful customer service. My pedicures now both times have been so wonderful. The pedicurist are super gentle they have never cut clipped me in anyway. My nail tech Henry has done a beautiful job I am officially a regular. I highly recommend this nail shop I love it here. If you’re looking for a luxury experience with great customer service and a great experience this is absolutely the place to come.

Anna California I randomly wanted to treat myself and my little one to a pedicure. So, I did a google search and this location had a five star rating! After coming here I can see why! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and helped right away. On top of that the salon was so clean. They also had PLENTY of colors to choose from. The music was great. The atmosphere was relaxed. They even have wireless charging in the spa chairs! All in all, I couldnt be happier with my experience and according to my little one she says this is the best place ever and that she cannot wait until next time!

Tarra Groot Messed up my nails super bad. Tried to fix them but I was overly uncomfortable with having my nails done there again. Tried to just say it was the nail polish but there was more wrong than just the polish. Dont waste your money, go to angel nails.

Dorothy An I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a long time so I was really excited to get acrylics today with my friend. The guy who did my nails for me was really nice and everything but when I got home I realized that my right hand acrylic nails were really crooked. I did not think that having crooked nails at that price point made sense so I went back to the salon to ask them to redo it. The lady with the bleached blonde hair gave me attitude as I entered the store and told me to take a seat and wait. She then went to the back of the store and took her time coming back to where I was. Then she told me to take a seat I’m guessing because she decided to do the nails for me and asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted my crooked nails fixed and all she did was start filing them. With attitude she asked if I liked the shape or not and I said that filing wouldn’t fix the problem. I asked her to also do the other side to make it match since the nails on the right were much thinner now. She got angry, told me that my fingers were crooked not the nails, and then told me to go somewhere else and got her husband to work on my nails. He was nicer but ultimately didn’t fix the problem as well because my nails are still crooked. You judge if it’s my fingers or the nails. I’m adding photos of my left and right nails. You can tell all my right nails are very crooked.

Lindsey Migasi Went to have a nice relaxing day after a long week at work and was very disappointed that after I left I went some where else to get them fixed. What I asked for compared to what I got and was told at the last minute they couldn’t do the gold. 3rd picture is what the 2nd nail place did. D Simons I used this salon for years and was usually pleased with their work, but I moved out of the area about a year ago and when I went back on a recent visit I was extremely disappointed. I paid for a hot stone pedicure but the technician didnt massage my legs at all (with or without the stones) and didnt even bother to turn on the massage chair. She didnt file my toenails after clipping them so the corners keep catching on my clothes as I get dressed, and she tried to use a drill on the surfaces of my natural nails! When it came to my fingers she insisted on using the drill even though I didnt have artificial nails - she wouldnt stop even when I asked - and she trashed my nails. The French tips are irregular and super thick and there is practically no polish on the main part of the nail. You can see the grooves left by the drill. They were also filed crooked. Ill be making an appointment with my salon at home to get this fixed as soon as I get back. The last time I was there I had a different technician and ended up with a toenail fungus. They may still have some good technicians, but it isnt worth the risk of getting a bad one. I will NEVER use this salon again.

Carmen Lane First time going today and I was so pleased with their service. My daughter’s nails look amazing and Lily took a lot of care with her. She was patient and talked with her the whole time (she’s 6 and verrry talkative). Both of our nails look beautiful and they even have a bin filled with fresh nail files that they give you when they are done! My cuticles look clean as opposed to other shops who don’t bother with them and my nails look cute! My sister also got her nails done by another tech for her first ever time and the nails look beautiful. I am so happy we did a walkin here and I will be back in the future. Thank you ladies so much!

joyful_22 _ This whole experience was HORRIBLE. First, they are rude and act like like they are better than you. Second, you tell them what you want and they do what they want anyway. Second, did not get everything I paid for (like for the hot stone pedicure I did not get the 10 mins of massages or anything lotion for manicure). Third, the actual job is so bad. I got the dipping powder for my hands and the nail literally popped off within 3 days! It has been 1 week and another nail popped off! On top of everything, the pricing is out-right ridiculous and not worth it at all. I will never go back here and would not recommend for anybody. Such a waste of time and money.

Laura Waller Ive gone here for years but lately everytime the service gets a little worse. I feel its a race to get me out of there as quickly as possible and that its a bother if you come in as a walk in, when they offer walk ins. I once asked for a color change after they painted one nail and I said I can pay extra and Im sorry I changed my mind. It was like Id ask them rewrite the constitution by hand. Ive felt this way for probably the last 5 visits and I think Im gonna finally just find a new place

Chelsie Burge don’t go here anymore. this place use to be great but they DESTROYED my toes after my last pedi. Apologies for the gross picture, but i haven’t been able to get the gel polish & once i got it off of one of my nails i had found my entire nail under the gel had turned dead & black. Then a week later, that nail hat snagged & half of my real nail ripped off causing so much blood. FROM GETTING A GEL PETTY they’ve been rushing everything, my last mani I had to go back in THREE DIFFERENT times to get my nails fixed, because the were so messed up. Paint peeling, nail mis shaped, gem fell off within hours. This place has gone downhill & is dangerous for your health at this point.

1st Lady Stunna I know same company different stores but this store is not good and not very friendly or helpful. My daughter does the nails & she agrees, so much so that she said she doesnt want to go to that one any more. The location on Mariposa by the Scandia is the one we go 2.
