Dulce Sonoda Eli does an amazing job!!! She has been my go to nail tech for a couple of years now and I have loved my nails every single time, she goes above and beyond exceeding expectations.

Chelsea Thompson Eli is the best! So nice and attentive to detail. Great prices for fabulous services. I definitely will never go to anyone else but her.

Ivy Siphan I have visited Claws by Milagros  a few times and Ive enjoyed all my appointments with Milly. She is kind, respectful, and definitely dedicated to provide the best customer service. My pedicures left my feet feeling nice and soft and my gel manicures lasted between 2- 2 1/2 weeks.  Im not a gentle person so the fact the manicures lasted that long has been quite shocking.  Great service and great conversation, and I cant wait to make my next appointment.

Cristy Thomas Milly is a great artist when it comes to nail art. I got my nails done by her for the first time and they came out looking amazing. She did ombré, full set acrylic nails. She is also very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend her for anyone that likes to go outside of the box!

Cullum Ariel (Ari) Milly was always super friendly, great at conversation and attentive to my nails. She always made sure I was happy with the designs, colors and length since Im still new to getting my nails done regularly. Hair by Christyne Absolutely love Milly! I never leave disappointed, Ive been seeing her regularly for 10months. I love that she takes her time, she really listens to your wants and also your needs. She takes good care of me and my nails. she is so sweet and funny and I look forward to my appointment every month. She does beautiful work I always get compliments. Camila T New to the country I was looking for a reliable nail tech and Im so glad I found her. She does an amazing job and helps me keep my natural nails at a good length by using hards gel. Her studio is very clean, she disinfects her products or only use them on you. That is a big plus! Her website has the most detailed descriptions I have seen when trying to book an appointment. I usually get very anxious when going to new places and having to talk to new people due to social anxiety but she is great and its always nice to talk to her during appointments. I highly recommend going to her.

Serabella Flowers NON-TOXIC SALON IN OUR CARLSBAD The place is so clean and No smell of yucky acrylic. I am pleased with my services. I got GelX redone with cateye design, and fabulous Heavenly Dream Pedicure. They put this magical bath bomb in my water, roses petals and fresh lemon. Yes please!!! Both technicians was awesome! They compliment margarita, it was to perfection. I will come back and bring anyone I know for their magnificent services and out of this world beautiful Nails. Thanks ladies and see you in 3 week!

Amy Holton Maria is absolutely METICULOUS! My nails are perfect after every appointment. And they last for a solid 4 weeks. I could probably go longer, but my nails grow pretty fast. Ive never had a manicure last that long and still look good and healthy. She also nails it (no pun intended) every time I have a fun/crazy design request. Book your appointment with her ASAP--you wont regret it.

Rashada I tried this place again after a slight disappointment (a month ago) of not getting exactly what I asked for. They do nails nicely but not so secure. I found out today after finishing my nails that they opt to add a tip nail that they have to give you a shape other than square so they can charge $5 extra. That’s not the issue too much. The issue is I asked to have a fuller nail bc I’m clumsy and don’t want pointed nails. ***However, very sophisticated and nice people! They make your nails look nice for those that want the long pointed nail shape. I prefer old fashioned full oval shape.

They don’t really exit another salon is at that address it’s called design nails and spa at that address in Oceanside and at the same address and there reviews are 4.1. I went there and they don’t deserve that rating worse than that the person who did me lied and said she been in the busy for 25 years but couldn’t even file my nails smooth. Don’t waste your money

Emily Sickels I’ve been coming to Nikki for almost two years now and her work never disappoints! She’s great at communicating and is very reasonably priced. I can normally go about 3/4 weeks before getting a fill and my nails will still look fabulous!! She’s amazing and I can not recommend her enough!!

Justine Walker Nikki is the best! She is quick and always does what I ask for, and charges very reasonable prices too. I used to get dip but now I do acrylics over my natural nail. Shes always willing to do nail art. We also have the best conversations, and she always has something good playing on TV! So happy with her service, Ill probably never return to a regular nail salon after going to an individual nail artist like this!

Frankie Liles I have been going to Nikki for several years and love that she is always willing to take on the challenge of my crazy design ideas! She is so versatile and can recreate any nail inspirations I bring to her. I get stopped daily and asked who does my nails so if getting amazing designs is what you are wanting look no further! Her shop is clean and offers a huge array of colors. I trust Nikki and her skills to get the job done right, so much so that I started bringing my teenage daughter to start getting her nails done as well. I was a little worried when my daughter wanted designs, as her nails are so much smaller than mine but Nikki pulls it off each time! She is patient with my daughter and always makes sure she is comfortable with what she is doing. I always book a few weeks in advance for my follow up appointments and have never had an issue getting on the books. I have also broken several nails in the past (all my fault with being to rough on them) and Nikki without hesitation has gotten me in within a day or so to get it repaired. Nikki is the best and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

S P I paid $55 (plus tip) for a pedicure. I asked for all natural nails, I like the clean look. And while the pedicure was relaxing, when I got home and got a closer look at my feet, my nails looked chewed up. They dont match in shape. The shape is weird. Cuticles are not clean and it doesnt even look filed. I would have been able to cut them better at home myself. Really disappointed. Edit: I called and they said they can redo the pedicure. I will update my review when I go back in.

Diana Konani De Villa I just recently moved to this area from Hawaii and found Ms nails on Google. I was blessed to get Jessica my 1st time in. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it to a tee. I went back for a refill and saw Jessica again, showed her another picture of what I wanted and once again she did it with perfection. I’m so please with her service, convenience and prices. I have found my new nail salon and will recommend them.

Sonia Blade I wish I could say I was impressed but I believe I got a trainee. My nails are already chipping, I got a fill. The gel closest to the cuticle isn’t as smooth as it should be, she wasn’t confident when doing the chrome. Everyone was nice but the actual service was just ok.

Debi Bone Everyone on staff is great. I love the way they care for the older clients. They are all friendly and care about their clients. The dip process was suggested sometime ago. Its perfect. I can go 3 or even 4 weeks between visits. I always get compliments. I am always very happy with my manicure. I highly recommend this salon.

michelle tanner I just assume when you get a manicure. What that consists of is hand soaking in water? Then they get some cuticle oil and cuticle. Lotion, rub it in, then they push your nail bed back then. They clean around your nails and the cuticles. Then I would assume they would clean your nails if you have dirt underneath your fingernails, they would clean your fingernails. I just would assume they would do that, and then. Also I would assume they will lotion your hands afterwards and then, after all that they spray the rubbing alcohol on your nails and then start to prepare them to get painted. Thats what I thought a manicure was, but apparently a manicure consists of Soak in your hands about 3 minutes. Each filing your nails, putting nail polish on them, and thats it? Thats all I got for 20 bucks. Thats it. I would never ever go there again. I would never ever recommend that place again. Oh, and then at the end, when the nails are wet and trying to dry Then she came over and started lotioning my hands and my fingers. Im like, dude. You should have done that before. You put the nail polish on. Why are you lotioning my hands? After it makes no sense. Then she was trying to put cuticle oil on my wet. Nails, Im a dude. Youre supposed to do all this, but before you paint my nails.!

paula del castillo I spoke with Chloe, the new owner, to schedule my appointment. I specifically told her four times that I needed someone experienced with ingrown skin and emphasized that it was very important to me. When I arrived, I repeated once again that this was a priority. However, the lady who attended me was a 2/10, and those two points were solely for her kindness. She didn’t clean my nails properly at all, so I had to finish the job myself and repeatedly ask her to clean them better. By the end, I gave up and just told her to leave them as they were. The way how she use the nail polish was also terrible.

Hannah Wesely It’s a good place but when you go last minute you probably don’t get the best, I’m not saying my nails are bad but I’m a little disappointed I’m to shy to speak up at nail salons so that’s probably my own bad, but I’m expecting to get proposed to this week my man paid for my nails and I’m just not as happy as I would’ve liked with the set you can easily see the nail tip and on one of the thumbs the French tip isn’t quite right if I’m being honest I got my nails done better in Utah when I visited, I went here because of the high rating and it was just so far from the pictures I’ve seen the pics looked amazing but my nails did not turn out amazing unfortunately… I would make sure you pick the specific person who did those gorgeous nails, it seems who I had was training as well which I’m suprised they wouldn’t tell me, yes the pics of the nails are good but speak up! Or you won’t have nails like That.

Raelyn Swanson They were very friendly and helpful. I showed her a design and she was very helpful giving me suggestions on how we could do something similar. The nail shape is perfect and she spent time making sure they were exactly what I wanted. It was reasonably priced and I loved the results. They were all very nice and we all held a conversation the whole time I was there. They are funny and they care about the work they do. This was the best nail salon experience that I have had and I definitely recommend everyone to come here!!

Sonia Blade We are currently having a heatwave so after a dip in the pool, I looked at my feet and decided to get a pedicure. This was almost at 5. So I googled places near to me and Smiles popped up. I’ve never been here before today but I think I found my new nail salon. Once inside, Jack asked if I also needed my nails done. The truth was, yes. So while I was getting my pedicure, he started to remove the old gel and started my ombré set. The service was great! Jack is very meticulous with his work. I am in love with my nails and my toes look great too!

Shelby Taylor Told the guy I wanted them shorter just not past my fingertips. He files them down to nubs to where my fingers were hurting the next couple of days. Continuously told him to stop and eventually that I wanted to leave. He continued to grab my hand back until another guy came over like he was going to fix it and kept telling me that it was okay. The gentleman told me that my nail artist didn’t speak any English and that I need to speak louder next time so the other employees could hear and then told me my nails look fine. Not to mention it was the wrong nail color, but I’m not too picky about color as long as the nails actually look good and didn’t hurt. I actually started crying in the salon. He gave me the total amount due and I was so mortified and embarrassed by crying that I didn’t even argue. Paid the total without tip and left. I have been getting my nails done for years and first time at this location. I have NEVER had an experience like this.

Jade Jones I came into this salon today to get a full set with powder, an eyebrow and lip wax. I got the pleasure of having these services done by Jackie! She was so kind, easy to talk to and she did an incredible job! I asked for very short almond nails with a neutral color with a hint of pink undertone. My eyebrows and lip wax also came out great. I highly recommend this clean and calming salon and I couldn’t recommend Jackie enough! I will be back to see her :) Thank you!

Olivia Simpson What a wonderful and clean nail salon that I stumbled into when I was visiting family members in Oceanside. The store was clean, very open, I was greeted right away when I came in. My the tech was very nice, asked me the style that I would like and how I would like my nails done. She took extra care of me, and took a lot of time to do my nails. I am a little picky on how I want my nails done, so she did all that and went above and beyond to get my nails to my liking. Highly recommend and would come back again!!

Gena Lipscomb I came for pedicure but had to change to polish change. Mgr came over and didnt like that... I had to leave. The kid gave me a card to pick prices of pedicure. When done he said 35$. Im sorry WHAT? The card said 15$ for polish change and 3$ for nail fix. She said 5$ for toes. Ok I agreed to 20$. She wanted 35$. Thats not what they advertise. Then she drop price to 25$..again I accused them of inventing prices. Liers. They said "take her polish off". They would rather remove my polish and make me more angry while I called the police because they were commiting..FRAUD then take my 20$ which is their advertised prices and make money. I paid 20$ and told them they were getting a 1 * review

Jaime V Jackie is AMAZING! She’s been doing my nails over the past 2 years. I get dip nails, great alternative to acrylics for nail health. My nails stay healthy between appointments & they last for quite awhile too. All the technicians are great here! Recommend!

Emily Rawls I see Kathy every two weeks and let me tell you I could not ask for a better nail tech. She makes me feel so special and I look forward to seeing her every other week!! She puts so much time and effort into creating intricate and tedious designs for me and is always transparent about price and doesn’t pressure me into to spending my money. I absolutely love her.

Chelsea Castro I love luxe nails. I have been in the O for 10 Years and never found a tech who could manage how hard I am on my nails. I have tried every different nail application type (dip, acrylic, pink and white) and literally - I needed Luxe. Their product and technique is flawless and finely executed. Picture of the holiday nails is 2 weeks past (and still look so good - I got a compliment today!) and I will go in tomorrow and follow up with my new year set! Follow up pic with my fresh set! Karin Hecox I came in for a gel x fill. Tobi and Daniel not available. I normally LOVE how my nails turnout, but not this time. So another nail tech did my nails. I should have come back another day when Tobi or Daniel were there. Not at all happy with how they turned out. Not a smooth finish; flattened my nails out; no clean lines; I asked for thin french. Totally bummed.

Olivia DeRobbio I had an amazing experience at Luxe Nails with Tobi! I came in to get a soak off and a new Gel X full set while I was in Oceanside for my wedding. I had gotten an acrylic full set before flying out to CA, but unfortunately, one of my nails broke just four days before my wedding. I wasn’t thrilled with the set I had they were too thick and clearly didn’t last, but Tobi completely turned that around and made my bridal nail dreams come true! He was incredibly kind, patient, and took his time to ensure every detail was perfect. I felt so taken care of, and the nails turned out beautifully. Almost a week later, they still look as perfect as the first day. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be back if Im ever in CA again! Highly recommend Tobi and Luxe Nails for anyone looking for top-notch nail care! 5 stars all the way!

Sara Tish Mikoczi Love this place. Everyone here is so kind and always helpful when I come. I always have Susan who is such a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and that is why I always go back to her. The place is an older building but always clean and they keep up the equipment, nail colors (note they are all gel at $15 more than listed price which they tell you), etc. Also, they prefer cash but if you use their atm, they give you back the atm charge ($8) at least for the atm in cash. So that is a nice bonus. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. Note I usually get the second highest price pedicure with parrafin, extra oil massage, etc. for $55. The nail color removal and previous gel removal were included.
