1 /5 D Simons: I used this salon for years and was usually pleased with their work, but I moved out of the area about a year ago and when I went back on a recent visit I was extremely disappointed.
I paid for a hot stone pedicure but the technician didnt massage my legs at all (with or without the stones) and didnt even bother to turn on the massage chair. She didnt file my toenails after clipping them so the corners keep catching on my clothes as I get dressed, and she tried to use a drill on the surfaces of my natural nails! When it came to my fingers she insisted on using the drill even though I didnt have artificial nails - she wouldnt stop even when I asked - and she trashed my nails. The French tips are irregular and super thick and there is practically no polish on the main part of the nail. You can see the grooves left by the drill. They were also filed crooked. Ill be making an appointment with my salon at home to get this fixed as soon as I get back.
The last time I was there I had a different technician and ended up with a toenail fungus. They may still have some good technicians, but it isnt worth the risk of getting a bad one. I will NEVER use this salon again.
