Marina I wish we could give this place negative ratings, they deserve zero starts. Not only do they not answer phone calls on a timely manner, when they do they’re so incompetent they don’t know how to transfer calls. They lack common sense to send prescriptions over to the pharmacy. Recently they misplaced my paperwork. Who in the hell runs this place? Are they even qualified?! Do they hold training sessions for employees? Half of the staff is rude, and your answering service can’t be understood because of their thick accent. This place needs a new director and staff.

Krystyn Costea Front office staff was rude and disappointing. I am a single mother working full-time and my child woke up with an ear infection. I provided a written letter as well as insurance for my child to be taken by a family member. The office staff was rude and was unwilling to see my child and even called me to say that I should’ve been the one that brought my child in. Her father is in the military and was unable to be there, and I was unable to call off of work that day and was thankful that a family member could take her. They would not take her father’s insurance because he wasn’t there, even though it was explained that he was active duty military And was obvious as she has TRICARE. They were reluctant to take my insurance, but made it very difficult for my For my child to be seen And the comment made was unprofessional. I unfortunately have to work full time and as a single mom I’m not always able to take off work. I’m thankful I have family to assist me but the way this was mishandled is very disappointing. I called 5 times to this office regarding the matter with no answer.

Kathy McCoy My husband and I have been going here for many years. Dr Reddy is a great doctor and the office staff is friendly and helpful. There is also very little wait time.

Maria Aguirre Dr. Reddy is a great doctor. He is straightforward and gives you his best advice as a professional in his field. the time for his consultation is quite fast. I advice to go visit him with 2-3 questions on hand and be willing to listen. He cares a lot about the health of his patients and I am sure you will reach to the same conclusion after your first visit. by the way, the females from the front Staff are remarkably friendly and eager to help.

Jarrod James Let me start by stating Dr. Trumbull is a great guy and good Dr. Who genuinely cares about people and wants to do good by his patients. That being said his staff is absolutely abhorrent! All his good staff have left leaving his practice in a sad state. When you call you are answered by an employee that doesnt understand English or thinks entirely too much of himself. As great as Dr. Trumbull is I would look for treatment elsewhere.

Nicole Cochran I love Dr. Trumbull. He always takes the time to listen and provide the best service. I have moved to two different cities, but always drive to see him and keep him as my doctor. They do not make doctors like him anymore.

Jamie Ziegenfuss ZERO STARS if I could. Avoid this place if you dont want surprised billing! Business manager enjoys her power to much and refused to adjust billing to the correct coding for my procedure even after my doctor acknowledged his mistake. Business manager told me over the phone is was insurance fraud if the coding was changed, but my insurance company confirmed with me that it can be changed without issue. This woman just refused to do it!! I do NOT recommend this place, take your health care another facility.

Carlos Carranza I had a phone call appointment on April 17th, 2024, at 1030am. in Suite A. I never received that phone call, so I decided to call the front lobby person who answered the phone, and she said that the doctor was too busy to go over my results, to call back later. I called back 3 times in a span of 8 hours, and I got the same response every time. Do not schedule phone appointments because the doctor will be too busy for you! I called today, April 17, 2024, and the manager said she would call me back. Worst medical experience of my life.

Bertha Alexander I was there for an ultrasound at the imaging department. 32 oz of water and 50 minutes later I was really uncomfortable. Christy was so talkative and helped me relax through the procedure. She kept me updated as to my progress throughout the process. Knowing how many more images I needed helped me stay focused. Great job!

Veronica W The flabatomists were great and friendly. -3 stars for registration. I asked for the cost. Registration person said she would let me know the costs and never gave it to me. I was also asked to electronically sign two documents but was not offered to view what I was signing nor was I given copies of anything. Isnt there laws saying I need to be given an estimate of my health care costs. I think its called the no surprise act.

Mele Tangitau I went through 2 pregnancies here, Dr. Johnston delivered both. Sometimes appointments run late when they get behind but I love this office. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful, they even helped me with the LVN program at the college who they work with. Overall never a bad experience.

Dr. Lee Boese I highly recommend Dr. Johnston and team for their help with a family member who was in a-lot of pain on a Friday afternoon. Dr. Johnston expertise, dedication and kindness kept my mother in law out of the emergency room. Thank you Dr. Johnston from Dr. Boese and family.

Christine Asher The physical therapists here are amazing! I am avoiding neck disk replacement like the plague and have opted for alterative treatments to help. The staff is always kind and caring. From the two schedulers in the front on. Appreciate the care I received here while in physical therapy. Christy is phenomenal.

Regina Rhoan The pulmonary rehab therapist, Henry and his staff are so amazing!! We are learning so much and they treat my husband with care and professionalism I would recommend them to those who are suffering with chronic lung disease.

Matt D Im suffering from a osteomyelitis wound that started off as a pressure ulcer that was diagnosed by this doctor. Im at risk of losing my bone and or dying. Initially it started off as a small pressure ulcer in may 2022 that barkshay treated with just permithean cream. It was not healing despite him witnessing that it was growing and gaining necrosis. I stopped eatingamd was losing weight and had cold sweats that haunt me today. They just scraped the necrosis and sent me home. Months later October 2022 i had severe chills and looked like a skeleton. The last visit with him and his rude nurse(who kept complaining that I wasn’t giving her eye contact when i was literally sick and losing focus) needed to refer to my primary doctor who told them to send me to the hospital for antibiotics. Even then the call didnt come thru for me to get me into a chair. I remember one day i was losing consciousness on my living room floor and my mom dragged me to the hospital ER and they found cellulitis at the wound site and iwas septic. They kept me in the hospital for a week under antibiotics. The nurses and surgeon stated that I should have been treated much sooner They however left me with a big hole that has yet to heal. Nothing has worked to heal this wound and now i have sever chromic osteomyelitis that i have to go to stanford in January for. I am afraid. Im not sure how this is going to turn out but I should have gone to a real doctor at stanford or ucsf for this type of wound at the beginning stages. Im in a wheelchair and have spina bifida (and not a doctor) but realize i needed better diagnosis than just a simple cream. Barkshay has a history of misdiagnosis from what I heard and his office at the time smelled horrific( like infection and death) and his patients are visibly sick or have severe infected wounds from what I remember. Also his nurses are unprofessional . Barkshay ruined me i just hope not permanently. I will eventually report him and his staff once i heal and go from there. If you are a patient and notice no improvement go to the emergency room dont risk it like i did. *picture is from Aug when it finally had necrosis*

Bill Eldridge Went to see Dr Bakhshay regarding a diabetic wound on my leg. Over a period of two weeks the staff nurse wrapped my leg every morning From the time I walked in I was greeted by an amazing lady who always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude. The doctor was easy going and very knowledgeable The staff nurse was always pleasant and friendly.

Rob Beltz Dr. Carter knows his stuff and took good care of my medical needs. However, his bedside manner is devoid of any kind of human compassion. If you irritate him in the slightest, he has a tantrum and becomes verbally condescending. That makes it extremely difficult and uncomfortable for a patient when a doctor is supposed to treat his patients with dignity and respect. He does neither of those. Front office staff is WONDERFUL!!

David Hauff Hes a great doctor, diagnosed my thyroid cancer 25 yrs ago, went after it aggressively. Ive got nothing but the utmost respect for him. I can honestly recommend Donald Carter. I probably wouldnt be here today if it wasnt for his dedication to his profession and patients

Jess Montoya Excellent service! Staff was helpful on the phone when I initially called in with questions. They were friendly and efficient at the front desk when I arrived. The staff that took care of me in the back were friendly and provided excellent care. It was also $140 cheaper than they wanted to charge me at the urgent care down the street. Highly recommended!

Rainer Soehnen After a cat bite 4 days prior, my leg looked like it was infected. Waiting time was short. After PA inspected area he determined Tetanus shot and antibiotics were needed. Also ordered a blood test. After an antibiotic shot was cleared to leave. Great Ser vice.

Tom Cozzi I dont know what people expect from the staff. Ive been going there for years and I have not seen the problems that people are complaining about. People need to relax and give the employees credit for what they are doing and realize that there other patients patients being seen. Sometimes it takes them a little longer to finsh with some patients than others. I prefer that they take their time to make sure each person gets the proper care. So put away your stop watch and relax

Interested Party The staff at the Merced CBOC are great ! They care about their patients and work hard to ensure the care provided is good. They do really good in navigating the VA health care system and explaining the process. Thank you!

Sherry Louise Field I love my Doctor there, let that be clear from the getgo. But, the office itself needs to be brought into the 21st century. They dont have a website, or a MyChart option for patients to see their visit summaries, schedule new appts, or email their doctors. They also dont have an advice nurse on staff. And if your pharmacy sends a renewal request for your meds? They go weeks without responding. YOU have to call and tell them that the renewal has been sent to their system.

Lauren Stokes My initial appointment was thorough and I was quite impressed. I had a follow up telehealth appointment scheduled to go over my blood draw results. I called the day of the appointment to check that the doctor would call. They office staff said they would call at the scheduled time. An hour went by past the appointment time, no call. I called them twice in that hour. Went to voicemail once then rang a few times and hung up the second time I called. My blood results did not look good and I really needed to hear from a medical professional. If I were you, I’d look for care elsewhere.

Alejandro Mercado Specialists here can give two craps about medical patients. Dont even know why you would need to go here with concerns if their objective is to get you out the door as soon as possible.

Mocha Mercer Made my appointment and they prescribe me a prescription and then I tried to go get my medicine from Walgreens and then they needed a code and they still have me waiting I keep calling their transfer me and no one is answering pick another doctor to go to. This is a horrible place to go through.

Lina I want to thank the ladies at the front desk at the Womens center! They were very helpful and worked with a sense of urgency & sympathy. They couldnt help me with the appointment I had scheduled but they called around and found solutions for me. Ive never had an office do that for me. I drove all the way from Modesto & I was already in excruciating amount of pain but they turned my experience into a good one after all❤️

Emily Gomez The woman’s health center has to be one of the best compared to the one at Sandpiper location. The front desk ladies are always so warm and inviting and the nurses are sweet and friendly unlike the sandpiper location. They should really use this as a training facility so Sandpiper can learn how to treat patients.

Amanda De Matteo My son has been going here since he was born. The staff is always friendly and patient with him. He goes to Dr. Meyer and she’s always very good at explaining things in ways even he can understand. She’s a very kind and loving doctor. I have never had a problem with anything here. The only reason I’m not giving 5 starts is because there is a wait for appointments. Overall I’m very satisfied and wouldn’t take my son anywhere else.

Andrew Minor I was sent to the Pavilion on the side of the hospital for Sonogram by urgent care suspected appendicitis just to be sent home and told to call urgent care for results. Paid almost $200 hundred dollars for the results to tell me nothing only to end up going to a better hospital in Turlock within a couple hours. They didnt need a sonogram to tell that I had appendicitis. They had me diagnosed and in a room ready for surgery in a couple hours.

Sonya Virk He’s such a horrible doctor. I went int the ER after 3-4 days of vomiting & diarrhea. He admitted me & completed an endoscopy. He informed me of having ulcers in my stomach & esophagus. He then informed me I’d be out from work for two weeks. I was released from the hospital the same day and went into his office the following week to complete my out of work paperwork. He then refused to fill anything out, claiming he never told me to take any time off from work. I had several witness there including the Mercy Hospital floor charge nurse that confirmed he stated that however, he still refused to fill out the paperwork work. I nearly lost my job because his lack of professionalism and memory issues. I went into my primary Physician who indicated not one of my hospital medical records indicate I had any ulcers at all.

Armendariz If its not medical records, the receptionist, security guard, staff as well as billing.... no one gives a damn and depending on who you are dealing with.... " they demonstrate the dont give a damn with a side of b.s. attitude." Billing - shes lazy and expects you to provide updated information and shes never pleasant and like to avoid you. Security guard likes to instigate and makes matters worse. Receptionist station... states "its not their job." Medical records lets just say its all who you are talking to to get some cooperation. The doctors depends on who you are working with have attitude. If there are issues involving your case and depends on who you are dealing with treat you less as a person... oh and the phones ring for 14 rings or more with an answer or without an answer.... yup! The list goes on....

C Nancy “Fancy Nancy” I have noticed great experiences with Merced county BHRS, the staff are amazing and work hard and go above and beyond to best help their clients, and the supervisors are amazing as well there are some things I would like to point out that could be better though, Communication could be better, especially when clients are checking in for appointments sometimes clients are waiting for a while and not being seen and they become agitated or frustrated because they have been waiting a while, it would be beneficial if clients were told by staff that their provider is busy or running late so clients are aware, I definitely understand that sometimes a crisis/emergency may come up, I strongly believe that staff could be more kind, respectful and considerate to clients I get that we all have bad days but I do believe that the they way mental health providers treat clients could be better. I look forward to the future when more mental health providers are hired thank you mental health for doing your very best to help the clients keep up the good work :) We all are a work in progress including the mental health providers, We can all do better together. :) nobody is perfect thats for sure mental health is amazing theres just a few things that could be worked on for Mental health providers to do more better theres always room for more improvements
