1 /5 Ashley Williams: If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Let me preface this by saying my NP that I have been seeing for years is excellent. So this has nothing to do with her. With that said, I am absolutely appalled at the lady Vivian (or Viv) who answers the phones. She should never have any position in which she works directly with the public much less in a medical facility. My father who is a veteran has been trying to get into their office as a new patient and the VA finally transferred them there. My mother, who is 75 years old, called to talk with the patient coordinator and Vivian with a horrible attitude scolded my mom like a child and hung up on her. Then my wife called and Vivian hung up on her twice. After the third time calling back my wife got to Vivian’s supervisor. She made a failed attempt to get my father into the office as a new patient. My wife was eventually stonewalled. As great as the medical staff is there, people like Vivian leave a stain on the whole facility.
