5 /5 Tom Cozzi: I dont know what people expect from the staff. Ive been going there for years and I have not seen the problems that people are complaining about. People need to relax and give the employees credit for what they are doing and realize that there other patients patients being seen. Sometimes it takes them a little longer to finsh with some patients than others. I prefer that they take their time to make sure each person gets the proper care. So put away your stop watch and relax

5 /5 Mr HF: Ive been going here since moving from Fresno in 2011. The staff is very friendly and understand that stress is normal especially with us Veterans. They try to answer all of our questions and are very understanding. I only had one issue with a primary care doctor in which I was offended by his comments, so I informed them and eventually I was given another provider. Great service and my new provider is great. I hope that someday they will expand this clinic. For the size of Merced County , this could be better if it were a regional facility that operated 24hrs, instead of either driving all the way to Fresno or north to Palo Alto. All in all, great facility, great staff and great respect.

3 /5 Ashley Mcniel: The blonde lady at the front desk is rude and seems like she hates her job. Our veterans deserve better than that. The nurse Tarah is amazing and always in great spirits, makes us feel comfortable, and generally takes good care of all her patients, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1.
