4 /5 Sherry Louise Field: I love my Doctor there, let that be clear from the getgo. But, the office itself needs to be brought into the 21st century. They dont have a website, or a MyChart option for patients to see their visit summaries, schedule new appts, or email their doctors. They also dont have an advice nurse on staff. And if your pharmacy sends a renewal request for your meds? They go weeks without responding. YOU have to call and tell them that the renewal has been sent to their system.

1 /5 Lauren Stokes: My initial appointment was thorough and I was quite impressed. I had a follow up telehealth appointment scheduled to go over my blood draw results. I called the day of the appointment to check that the doctor would call. They office staff said they would call at the scheduled time. An hour went by past the appointment time, no call. I called them twice in that hour. Went to voicemail once then rang a few times and hung up the second time I called. My blood results did not look good and I really needed to hear from a medical professional. If I were you, I’d look for care elsewhere.

1 /5 Mya Yarbrough: This clinic has changed dramatically since Dr. Arbo left. One little girl in specific named "Gisella" however the heck you spell it, is RUDE and immature. She claims she told you one thing, but completely lies when she clearly messes up. After waiting for Dr. Johnson to call for my televisit appointment for 2 hours, I call back and guess who answers? Yup, the rude witch Gisella. She told me she stated it was an in person visit, which no she didnt. I have yet to miss a Dr appointment done in person. Also, they rescheduled on me, 2 different occasions LAST MINUTE!!! I am DONE with rude staff that think they are entitled! Save your time and go elsewhere!!!

5 /5 Capt Auron: The people here are very nice and they do take care of your health concerns, but my complaint is that many people can be schedule for the same time. Sometimes you can get up to 3 people. Average wait time can be up to 1.5 hours. I understand the need to schedule more than one patient in case of cancelation so I won’t hold that against them. My doctor has been patient and understanding with consistent follow ups and physicals to ensure I’m healthy. They don’t take walk ins but it’s easy to make appointments.

1 /5 Mike F: Positively arrogant and negligent. Front desk insisted we first schedule an appointment to establish care before they would listen to ailments. I told them fine but it is urgent they list reason for appointment. Put me on hold for 15 minutes then they hung up the call. Complained to my insurance provider who switched us over to another provider who could see us immediately since my wifes ailment is urgent. After some prior research, they dont even have a doctor on staff only a Nurse Practitioner. Go to Provident Primary Care if you are ok with tolerating their bad attitude and poor service.
