4 /5 David Black: 3 times I had to correct them. Why I was there for my appointment. Wrong procedure, wrong lab results, they were reviewing old lab results, the reason I was there was to follow up with the PA. Moved to the correct room to wait. Im quite satisfied with interaction with the PAs advice for a path moving forward.
