He was extremely aggressive, cut me off before I could even explain anything to him, talked to me like I was an idiot, and over all made me uncomfortable.

Sherry Louise Field: I love my Doctor there, let that be clear from the getgo. But, the office itself needs to be brought into the 21st century. They dont have a website, or a MyChart option for patients to see their visit summaries, schedule new appts, or email their doctors. They also dont have an advice nurse on staff. And if your pharmacy sends a renewal request for your meds? They go weeks without responding. YOU have to call and tell them that the renewal has been sent to their system.

sitruc koom: I always have a positive experience at MFA North. The gals at the front desk are the best. Dr. Ray Cervantes is great. I truly feel as though I’m receiving quality care. He’s positive, concerned, and understanding. He knows what he’s doing AND is able to explain everything so I understand. Two of the best things about Dr. Cervantes: he listens without judgment or interruption; he does not make arbitrary decisions or diagnoses. If you’re looking for care, give MFA North a try.

Maria Rocha: My daughter’s doctor was Dr. Rabago I currently changed to Bao since Dr. Rabago was always busy and felt as if I was always rushed. The nurses and Dr. Bao are always very sweet however they take forever, every time I go I always wait a long time in the lobby and in the room. Once I waited over 2 hours in the lobby. It’s a little frustrating since I have a little one that gets very inpatient and still has to wait even longer in the room.

Not only has he been great for my own health needs, but he has also stepped in to help when I couldn’t get my kids to their primary care doctor. The staff is equally amazing. Always understanding, helpful, and ready to assist with anything needed. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am for the care and support they provide. Highly recommend!

Business manager enjoys her power to much and refused to adjust billing to the correct coding for my procedure even after my doctor acknowledged his mistake. Business manager told me over the phone is was insurance fraud if the coding was changed, but my insurance company confirmed with me that it can be changed without issue. This woman just refused to do it!! I do NOT recommend this place, take your health care another facility.

Marina: I wish we could give this place negative ratings, they deserve zero starts. Not only do they not answer phone calls on a timely manner, when they do they’re so incompetent they don’t know how to transfer calls. They lack common sense to send prescriptions over to the pharmacy. Recently they misplaced my paperwork. Who in the hell runs this place? Are they even qualified?! Do they hold training sessions for employees? Half of the staff is rude, and your answering service can’t be understood because of their thick accent. This place needs a new director and staff.
