5 /5 Tanya Riley: I had my annual physical exam in late February 2025. The receptionist was polite and The nursing staff that took my vitals was very nice, polite and accommodating. I was also placed in a waiting room with a very reasonable amount of time. But the best part of my experience was my nurse practitioner, Kristin Fortin. She is hands-down one of the best practitioners Ive ever had in my entire life. She has an amazing bedside manner. She educates. She collaborate and she make sure that I understand everything thats going on with my body, bloodwork and any tests that I may have had. She also goes the extra mile and makes sure to return voicemails and emails with a reasonable amount of time. I dont dread going to the doctor because of Dr. Fortin and the staff at MFA at El Portel. Keep up the amazing work.
