Gaby Alvarado: Terrible customer service. Ladies at the desk have a serious attitude problem. The overall dignity system is completely antiquated. I called to request an itemized statement. They needed to mail (yes mail) a form to be filled out and then mailed back. Nothing can be done by email. Requested form never arrived nor was there any reference of the request. Requested a 2nd time and nothing. Absolutely no solutions other than the automated answers they need to give. Most horrible health system I’ve ever been with. Wouldn’t return if you paid me
Christine Asher: The physical therapists here are amazing! I am avoiding neck disk replacement like the plague and have opted for alterative treatments to help. The staff is always kind and caring. From the two schedulers in the front on. Appreciate the care I received here while in physical therapy. Christy is phenomenal.

Armendariz: If its not medical records, the receptionist, security guard, staff as well as billing.... no one gives a damn and depending on who you are dealing with.... " they demonstrate the dont give a damn with a side of b.s. attitude." Billing - shes lazy and expects you to provide updated information and shes never pleasant and like to avoid you. Security guard likes to instigate and makes matters worse. Receptionist station... states "its not their job." Medical records lets just say its all who you are talking to to get some cooperation. The doctors depends on who you are working with have attitude. If there are issues involving your case and depends on who you are dealing with treat you less as a person... oh and the phones ring for 14 rings or more with an answer or without an answer.... yup!
