" they demonstrate the dont give a damn with a side of b.s. attitude." Billing - shes lazy and expects you to provide updated information and shes never pleasant and like to avoid you. Security guard likes to instigate and makes matters worse. Receptionist station... states "its not their job." Medical records lets just say its all who you are talking to to get some cooperation. The doctors depends on who you are working with have attitude. If there are issues involving your case and depends on who you are dealing with treat you less as a person... oh and the phones ring for 14 rings or more with an answer or without an answer.... yup!

But, the office itself needs to be brought into the 21st century.
They dont have a website, or a MyChart option for patients to see their visit summaries, schedule new appts, or email their doctors.
They also dont have an advice nurse on staff.
And if your pharmacy sends a renewal request for your meds? They go weeks without responding.
YOU have to call and tell them that the renewal has been sent to their system.

I truly feel as though I’m receiving quality care. He’s positive, concerned, and understanding. He knows what he’s doing AND is able to explain everything so I understand. Two of the best things about Dr. Cervantes: he listens without judgment or interruption; he does not make arbitrary decisions or diagnoses. If you’re looking for care, give MFA North a try.
