Heather Price Horrible experience that begins at the front desk. The attitude at the front desk was the worst Ive ever encountered. Compassion and empathy can go a long way when dealing with patients who have a mental disability that includes anxiety. Giving attitude to the stressed parent doesnt help anyone.

Gaby Alvarado Terrible customer service. Ladies at the desk have a serious attitude problem. The overall dignity system is completely antiquated. I called to request an itemized statement. They needed to mail (yes mail) a form to be filled out and then mailed back. Nothing can be done by email. Requested form never arrived nor was there any reference of the request. Requested a 2nd time and nothing. Absolutely no solutions other than the automated answers they need to give. Most horrible health system I’ve ever been with. Wouldn’t return if you paid me

Trish Haerens I have severe chronic pain, and I used to be on MAP. So I had no choice but to go to this doctor, and they did the wrong test when they were drug testing me, so it came back negative. Then they kept saying that I was selling my medication, that I was lying, and that I was a drug addict. I didnt know anything about tests at the time, so I didnt know why the test was wrong. But the way these people treated me over it was enough that I could have sued them. Also, I went on vacation at one point to Michigan, and I needed my mental health medication filled early. I told them that I was going to be on a trip and that I would need my medication early, and before I could even tell them that I only wanted my mental health medication early, they said no, we will not fill your controlled substance early. But thats not even what I wanted.... And the way he said it really hurt me a lot, he was condescending, and rude. I dont remember that doctors name, but the other doctor was Dr helm. And she was the one that was accusing me of selling my medication and being on meth. Even though I have never once been on meth. Please do not go to this doctor at all costs.

Eustace Ugwu The worst experience I had visiting a clinic in my whole life. The receptionist was so rude, always grouchy. She hides her identity and she lies always, she tells you one thing over the phone, getting there, she will deny it before you. She always shouts on patient because she is easily annoyed. She shouldnt work in a clinic because she reacts like a beast. She is unprofessional, not knowledgeable enough to do that work. Her window at the clinic is put upon "PAYMENT" , thats the lady am talking about. Please, for your happiness and good health care, dont visit here and the doctor seems to support her as well.

Kristina Rylands While I dont love my particular condition, I love going to Dr. Thomas. Her staff is super friendly. They play THE best music. And I always can count on getting in and out in a timely manner. Dr. Thomas listens and responds to my questions and addresses my concerns. Im glad we have a medical team like this in Merced!

Ladd Kathleen (Kathy) Most staff wasnt very friendly. I wasnt looking for sympathy at all, but they werent sympathetic at all...not knowing a persons history or problems, I feel like I was treated like a number and not a human being. Some staff admitted to me they wouldnt come here for emergency services.

Team Ashke Discharging a patient at the er window is extremely unprofessional and unethical. It called a emergency checkin and also people have some shame. If you see a long as line of a patient is immediate assistance. One of the worst experiences. Was waiting for 30 min freaking checkin. Staff needs to taught and this hospital gonna get a lawsuit soon at this point for lack of patient care. The hospital needs to look at these reviews and respond with proper procedures. 1.8 rating should mean something for the only ER in Merced.

Javier Alvarado Stay away from this medical facility unprofessional at its finest. The secretaries are rude and very disrespectful. If you’re gonna go to this facility, be ready to wait three hours or more. Seems to me like they’re very unorganized. They need to have better people skills obviously they don’t since, the secretary is very rude. I went there for Work Comp case every time I went there. I had to wait three hours or more. There was a few times where I got up and left and I told the rude staff, I couldn’t wait any longer. this happened a few times where I walked out because of long weight times!. I recentlybecame aware of defamation of character, Since I made several complaints in the past. And refused to be seen there through my workers comp!the secretary, there told me that I was being denied medical care because of an issue in the past with me being uncooperative. And this is my first time of being aware of this accusation. This type of accusations could shut down a place like this because they are making up lies about people and that’s defamation of character. I recently contacted the manager have yet to hear from her. Do not go to this place they are very unorganized or unprofessional. The secretaries need to be trained in proper communicating skills to the public because there people skills are trash. And don’t forget if you make a complaint, they will turn it around on you and put a bad review on your profile. This place needs to be shut down as soon as possible.

Barbara Hill Dont go there. Its patients last. Hours say they are open til 6, but they stop taking patients at 4. A note on the website would be an easy fix. We have been going there for years mostly for the sake of convenience. We have seen mostly competant practitioners but front-line ppl are surly. I dont recall any attempted calls over the years being answered. Although no excuse for rudness the put-upon staff have to deal w the crap that comes w being owned by corporate America where $ is prioritized at the expense of valuing vital lower-level staff & patients. In contrast, the clinics on G Street & on Olive are better managed w happier staff. Its interesting to note that ppl who gave ☆☆☆☆☆ have written several fold more reviews than those giving 1☆. Why is this?
