Allen H. Dr. Bucci has been my doctor for approaching 5 years now. Beginning with my first appointment with him, I felt completely at ease and heard. He takes his time to explain, and he LISTENS to my concerns. Unfortunately for me, Ive moved to another state to retire. The distance will make it difficult to be able to remain under his care. But it is important that I at the least say thank you to him for being there when I became permanently disabled and no longer able to continue my career. So, thank Dr. Bucci for being there when i really needed you. Also, thank you to staff for being so very kind. He cared for my mother and now he is caring for my husband and I . He will always follow up on you even if it is a Sunday . Or well after his office hours . He is a good Dr . He is old school . After a week and a half in the ICU, my mom made the transition to the rehabilitation unit at Kindred Care. In this new environment, a dedicated and multi-disciplinary team went above and beyond to help her relearn basic movements that we often take for granted, like sitting up and reaching for objects. Their patient, methodical approach to helping her recover her fine motor skills and rebuild her physical strength was nothing short of inspiring. lol 2 Kindred staff is still supporting me in so many positive ways. My sister Awilda G went to the emergency room at st Jude was there for about two weeks and sent to Kindred I thank and appreciate the magnificent care from Dr Chang to Carlo and Kim and the nurses therapist wound care personel and so many more to mention were all awesome treaded my sister and myself with respect care and dignity thank you is not enough. I will be eternally greatfull to each and everyone of the staff. Thank God and St Jude staff also for placing my sister in such professional and caring hands. Recommend it 200%

Austin Messick This program is a godsend to people in need of support. The counselors show true care, compassion and kindness to everyone in the program. Sure it’s not without it’s imperfections, but the staff are committed to everyone’s recovery. The patients also form a tight knit community that helps everyone grow through empathy and generosity of spirit. This program helped save my life. I hope they help save yours too.

Rita Ramos The Partial Hospitalization Program Costa Mesa has changed my sons life! He has a chronic mental illness that prevents him from being able to have a daily job but still has so much energy. He used to be at home all day, not doing much and did not want to attend. Since he started, he loves it! This program allows him to be around people with similar struggles as him, provide meals and transportation. The entire staff is so warm and friendly. They communicate with my family and I any concerns they come across and help us with resources whenever we need it. I am at ease knowing he is there everyday and learning new life skills. Cant thank the people at this program enough

Carmel C Easy access parking lot & clean, bathrooms are outdated but maintained, building lobby is easy to navigate, elevators are older but maintained, outside area has no odd characters or strange persons outside building like many other places in Santa Ana so it seems safe for family.

Celia Diaz My mother recently had surgery at Foothill Regional Medical Center. She loved it there so much. We were so impressed with Dr. Cubberly’s expertise. Staff and nurses were so kind and gentle with my mother. Communication, treatment and coordination of care exceeded our expectations.

Jax Arrived to this hospital through the ER. The ER staff lacked compassion and empathy. The ER Dr asked me 3 questions and then left me alone for 7 hours before I had any updates. The ER was NOT that busy. The nurses were on their phones and the DR sat in front of a laptop. The Dr and nurses lacked any compassion for my situation. Instead I would see them mock other patients. Im still traumatized from the experience. I told this to the customer experience manager and got the same answer as some of these other reviews. DO BETTER!!!!
