5 /5 Rita Justice Austera: I had an upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) on September 10, 2021. Dr Hadid was my surgeon. The surgery was performed at Allied Surgical Center. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Hadid is a very skilled surgeon. His office staff is great. The Allied Surgical Center staff was wonderful too. The made me feel very much at ease. My overall experience was great! I am thrilled with my new look. I can see so much better with the excess eyelid tissue gone and Im wearing eye makeup again. I highly recommend Dr. Hadid! My only regret is that I didnt get everyones names so I could praise them individually. Thank you all!

Allen H.: Dr. Bucci has been my doctor for approaching 5 years now. Beginning with my first appointment with him, I felt completely at ease and heard. He takes his time to explain, and he LISTENS to my concerns. Unfortunately for me, Ive moved to another state to retire. The distance will make it difficult to be able to remain under his care. But it is important that I at the least say thank you to him for being there when I became permanently disabled and no longer able to continue my career. So, thank Dr. Bucci for being there when i really needed you. Also, thank you to staff for being so very kind. Veronica Potter: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hoag Health Center, Genetic Testing in Irvine. At the time of testing, I was explicitly told that my out-of-pocket cost would not exceed $395. However, I was later shocked to receive a bill for $945—more than double the quoted amount! I reached out to financial services numerous times in an effort to resolve this issue. Despite being assured that my case would be reviewed and researched, no meaningful assistance was provided. Instead, I received a notice threatening collections. When I called again and offered to pay the originally quoted amount of $395, I was informed this was unacceptable. The only concession they made was a mere 10% discount, which hardly addressed the problem. BEWARE if you’re considering Hoag Health Center for genetic testing or any other services. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve billing disputes is unacceptable. There’s a reason they aren’t ranked #1, and my experience highlights why.

Dr. Mehrdad Rostami: Hoag Hospital Emergency Room deserves five stars for their outstanding care and professionalism. My wife recently visited for her broken wrist, and we were fortunate to have been helped by Physician Assistant Mrs. Sillers and her assistant Anthony. They were both incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The level of expertise they demonstrated was exceptional. They performed tension and manipulation under X-ray to realign the broken part with great skill and gentleness. It was clear they were not only experts in their field but also deeply caring in their approach.
