5 /5 Celia Diaz: My mother recently had surgery at Foothill Regional Medical Center. She loved it there so much. We were so impressed with Dr. Cubberly’s expertise. Staff and nurses were so kind and gentle with my mother. Communication, treatment and coordination of care exceeded our expectations.

1 /5 Jax: Arrived to this hospital through the ER. The ER staff lacked compassion and empathy. The ER Dr asked me 3 questions and then left me alone for 7 hours before I had any updates. The ER was NOT that busy. The nurses were on their phones and the DR sat in front of a laptop. The Dr and nurses lacked any compassion for my situation. Instead I would see them mock other patients. Im still traumatized from the experience. I told this to the customer experience manager and got the same answer as some of these other reviews. DO BETTER!!!!

5 /5 Marianne Ems: The post op care I received was wonderful! All of the nurses were very kind and attentive. The beds could be more comfortable, maybe some extra padding . My behind is still numb. But overall I was very well cared for.

5 /5 Jeremy Budden: I would love to take this opportunity to thank Debra Wear(Heart of GOLD- from Texas) Nurse Theresa(from Florida), Raymond (personable, competent, and caring), Eliza, Ashley, Paula (very attentive and compassionate), Michelle (From the day she called me to do post op-) Funny, lovely, great character ALL of you. PT team very aware of my particular needs and saw me well on my way. Although I know your hospital has to shuffle a lot of bodies through the hospital, but they Never made me feel as tho they were going to rush me out or let me leave their care until they knew I was safe and good to go. From my fam to all yours- Thank you, so much.

5 /5 Joey Mercado: A very pleasant experience. Staff was very kind and helpful. I had an anterior cervical diskectomy with fusion surgery. Kind of a big deal. I was made to feel as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this hospital if it becomes an option. Shout out to my surgeon Dr. Richard Lin!
