1 /5 Dylan Thompson: I recently tried to switch my doctor to Dr Sanchez Anaya. I had a routine physical done. Unfortunately, I never got a call back when my labs were finished. When I tried to call to get feedback on my results, they said they would call me back and never did. They never even called to tell me the doctor was too busy nor to schedule an appointment. When I called again later, another office worker said I had to come in without an appointment to hear from the doctor. A third time, they said they would call me back, but never did. I got fed up with being ignored, so I had to drive in to get copies of my medical paperwork. The office staff is incompetent.
