Smita Soans MD - Santa Ana Begum V: I called a month ago to schedule an appointment for my husband, and they booked it for last Monday. However, we didnt receive any calls or reminders, even though we were told wed get a text message and forms to fill out. After my husband called, there was no response. So he didn’t go! For following Monday he did an online appointment for 3:00 pm, but nothing appeared on his phone. There was no communication from their end. He arrived at the medical exam facility at 2:50 pm, only to find a sign stating they were on lunch and would return at 3:40 pm. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and it seems like a lack of professionalism on their part. We value our time and are considering changing our primary care doctor immediately.
