1 /5 Kit Tran: Its been weeks and still cant get a proper prescription or referral. This place is so going downhill with their new NP. Not impressed. When you sign up for the Dr., you dont actually get the doctor, you get the NP. And their skillset is suspect.

1 /5 Charlene Zuazo: I have no idea where the good reviews are coming from the staff is not professional at all they over book there patients so when you do go in for an appointment the wait is so long the hours that are posted on the website are wrong and provides leave before they are even closed so if your child or yourself need to be seen they send you to another place thats a urgent care that you have to wait 4hrs to be seen . I picked this group only because it states they have a awesone pediatrician that i know and worked with and he doesnt even come to this office the whole time i have brought my child in to see a doctor there has only been nurse practitioners . Some care my child needs antibiotics for something that would take literally less then 2 mins to look at and be on our way instead no professionals there to take care of patients if i could do no stars i would but then i cant put a review without a stsr

1 /5 Jazmin Salinas: Terrible waiting time for an "APPOINTMENT" over an hr. Nurses are just talking and giggling in the back. & not very helpful. I wouldnt recommend this clinic for anyone’s child. There is a lot more options out there & i would avoid coming here. I transferred my kids to caduceus medical group, we love it :)

1 /5 iliana mejia: Every time I come here I am on time to my daughters appointment. I make it a point to do early mornings between 9-11 because they open at 9 and I want to get out of here quickly. Today her appointment was at 9am and it’s 40 min in and I’m still waiting to be seen. Happens every single time i hate this place.

Michael Montoya: Came here today for my dads wound care appointment. The Nurse (Tim) was the one to help us out. Even provided us a bed to take care of a personal unrelated medical matter that required some privacy. They were extra accommodating to our needs on top of our regular appointment provisions. Things were neat and organized. Staff were on point & went above and beyond. Patient care was satisfactory. Facilities were clean. Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Kaiser Permanente! Anthony Guevarra: I like the Doctor here his very nice DR Vough and DR LEE if i spell it correctly but the only issue i have going in here is this staff that answers the phone they should be train to answer phone calls every time you call they put you on hold as if they are so busy but if your there they dont do anything they just chat! My prescription has been going back and forth with the pharmacy they blame my pharmacy then the pharmacy blames them not sending the code again i dont know if this people are tired of their jobs or over work but jesus christ if your not happy with your job just quit! They have communication issues here i hate to go somewhere else again i like Dr. Vough he is very nice Doctor but you could only tolerate so much!
